Expecting delivery having ordered and received confirmation of order. Ring customer sevices out of stock. Excuse warehouse had not informed them of OOS. Do not trust this seller:-
1 Selling when OOS
2 Failing to inform customer
3 Company system not fit for purpose
1970's style of management needs replacing!!

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely useless company. Ordered an office chair for next day delivery. Stayed in for 2 days and it didn't arrive. called them up and they said it'll definitely be there tomorrow. It didn't arrive. They then just said, sorry our warehouse isn't responding, we'll have to give you a refund.

Had previously bought the same chair some years ago. Due to a house flood, the chair was deemed beyond repair. As my husband was very pleased with the original chair I went and ordered a replacement. Prompt delivery. Chair was easily assembled . Good value for money and especially for the heavier man.

Ordered chairs on Friday and they were delivered first thing Monday. Very good value

Placed the order just before 4 pm on a Thursday, and the chairs arrived as promised the next morning! Didn't realise they were flat packed... but they were very simple to put togther.

I bought a chair about 18 months ago and an armrest developed a fault. I enquired how I might get a replacement armrest - do I send the faulty one back to them, could I purchase a new one? I sent them a photo of the damaged one and within days they sent me a replacement item, free!

I ordered a ready assembled office chair, which was exactly as described. Delivery was not great, in as much as there was no indication of what time it would arrive. Only, before 6pm, which was basically a day wasted.
No problem with the chair, though.

Just at the service was fantastic. I placed an order one day and I received it the following morning delivery driver was excellent as well. Very helpful.
