Great Customer Service
My order, which was originally supposed to be delivered the same week, was delayed. However, I was kept well informed of the stock levels and expected delivery dates. There was a small blip with the external delivery company on the expected day, but Laura at Office Monster went over and above to resolve the issue and delivery finally went very smoothly and on time. This is the third time we have used Office Monster and will continue to do so as their customer service and product is fantastic.

Excellent customer service
I'm really pleased with the items we purchased (desk, drawers etc). They're sturdy and look great. The only reason I've 'dropped' a star is because we did encounter problems with the delivery (not arriving the day it was due, then wrong parts being delivered the next day and another delivery having to be scheduled). However, I have to say it's one of the best customer service teams I've dealt with. Very proactive in getting problems resolved and good communication. I'd certainly use them again.

Missing part - handled very well
The courier had not delivered part of the desk i had ordered. But after a couple emails with laura, she sorted it quickly and professionally. I receieved the missing panel just a few days later.
