Personalisation of notebook, not fit for purpose!

I took advantage of this special offer which looked great at the time and because i could have it personalised which I thought was lovely. I chose a beautiful colour and was excited about receiving it. Unfortunately when it turned up the writing of my name was so small and because of the colour was barely legible, even close up. Very very disappointing! I wasn’t able to complain at the time because I was ill but now that I’m able to, I’d like to say this personalisation was not fit for purpose. It was so tiny and the colour washed it out. I’d like a refund thanks.
