The item received is excellent quality and corresponds with the description. However, it took about two weeks from the purchase date to the delivery, with a lack of explanations from Okamac.

I have been waiting over a week for my…
I have been waiting over a week for my order to be shipped out. No confirmation email as to whether it has been shipped out or not.
I was skeptical about ordering from the company as I was unsure whether it was trustworthy or not.
I ordered a laptop which has still not arrived. I have college starting in a week. Starting to become very stressed and annoyed as a laptop is a necessity for my particular course.
UPDATE: I requested a refund a week later as my package had still not been sent out. Received my refund the next day. Very good customer service and refund policy.

Purchase experience
I have bought a MacBook pro 2016 in the worst grade but came with very little scratches in the bottom and very little dents in the border, bit completely acceptable,screen looks brand new.
An awesome customer service, the keyboard announced was an azerty, but asked to change it to Portuguese qwerty keyboard and they change it without any delay or problem.
The delivery time was completely within the announced and with good shipping track
