Ignored and abandoned
Sadly I turned to Syst'er who manage Okofen France for help after a local engineer couldn't fix an issue after months of trying to get the originalengineerto take responsibility. Their (Syst'er and Okofen) technician came and diagnosed and said they fixed it and charged me 250€, only for the fault to reoccur 2 weeks later. They recommended another local engineer who came once on 1st December 25 disabled part of the boiler then despite many attempts to contact for the repair, doesn't return calls or messages. Syst'er now ignores calls and messages so I am left nearly 1000€ down and the boiler still doesn't function as it should. All in all terribly disappointed, I feel ignored and abandoned. This is a true and factual account of my experience so far. I personally would never buy another Okofen product.
