Ayesha and Chidinma supported me on a re-mortgage which ended up being a bridge re-financing after a range of problems. In a very stressful experience they were supportive and informative, they did what they said they would do and for exactly when they said they could do it. I felt like I had finally found someone who I trusted in the whole stressful process and who I could both ask questions too and who I could rely on to manage the process with my interests in the forefront. Ayesha was forward thinking and anticipated problems coming up that would get in the way of our timescale and found solutions to help me (as a non-resident, adding another layer of complexity and formalities) and she and Chidinma worked tirelessly to help me close within the necessary timeframe, before Christmas. I work in a legal field myself and recognise these are true professionals in their set of services. I will return to Ayesha next time I have need for legal representation in conveyancing, wills, probate, or any other of the services they can provide me.

Ayesha is a consummate professional. Ayesha has just completed conveyancing on what I hoped would have been a simple matter, but turned out to be a relatively complicated one fraught with delays. However, Ayesha's professional and effective communication helped alleviate my stress associated
with the aforementioned delays. Being a property investor I well versed in the potential delays that come with conveyancing, but that doesn't make it easier. Ayesha herself makes the process easier, and dare I say it, almost pleasurable. Indeed, I was so impressed with Ayesha's work I have instructed her on another property before the completion of the first.

The fees were very fair, transparent and actually much lower than I expected.
