Terrible experience with this company Old Money clothing. They make the company appear to be US based. Items shipped from China. None of the clothes or shoes they shipped fit. The return process was a total hassle. They are making return ship the items to Poland and I have to pay return shipping costs. Even though the return policy on their website says hassle free and no questions asked.

Pit of snakes.
Tells you a pack of lies but you never get your refund. Sent items back and they refused to accept them. The company is a scam run by crooks. Please don’t ever buy from them.

They will not refund you, Avoid!
Returned my package back for a full refund, they sent me countless emails offering a discounted refund to keep the clothes, I refused and said I want a full refund. Sent the package back, they acknowledged the return, however 1 month later I am still waiting for a refund. Every email from them is a generic "we are still waiting on an update from the billing department".
I have escalated the case with PayPal as I have no trust in receiving a refund from these fraudsters.

Loved my product & experience! The packaging very nice & the watch is really protected, sitting on a little white pillow. The watch is beautiful! It's not one of those lightweight, hollow cheap watches. This watch has a great weight to it, the face is beautiful & the band is perfect! My only issue was that it's rose gold & not yellow gold. I reached out to their customer service dept & they were so quick with their reply! I was so surprised because it usually takes days to hear back from a customer service! They were so nice & offered me a couple of different options. They took care of me & I'm so impressed with the service I received.
