No refund - legal route being pursued.
After four months of being given the run-around about my refund, I am still met with generic mistruths and “promises” of escalation.
Having made a decision to take the legal route, I am still met with ducking and diving when requesting information about delivery of legal documentation.
Happy to add and assist anybody else who would like to build a case against this scam.

I really love how the package is presented love these bags one gets, i actually use these bags to other many things like shopping at the store and to put my clotes inside for swimming - i also ofc haha like the products especially the lenin spieces more specifik the black lenin pants which i want more of stacks of, i also Got a West is was okay not for winter though but like the designe and quality the sibscription boxex could be more specific like asking what you want and dont want more of and so on i dont know just personal preferrences. Overall very kind, they answer e-mails when you tries to reach and yes they tries to help as much of they can and i love it

I am waiting for my refund more than two months and every time I get answer they are very sorry - I’m really sorry it’s taking longer than expected. Please rest assured we’re actively looking into this and coordinating with the team handling your refund. No solutions, no real person support or anything, sounds scam to me.

Still no refund after a month
Still no refund after a month — very disappointing
I ordered pants and shoes, but both items were way too small, even though I followed the size chart carefully. I returned the package on September 23, 2025, and according to the tracking, it was delivered back to them on September 29, 2025.
Since then, I’ve been waiting for my refund — and every time I contact their support, they keep saying there are “technical issues” with processing refunds. It’s now been over a month, and nothing has changed.
What’s even worse, before sending the return, they asked me to leave them a positive review — which I did, hoping they would process the refund faster. Unfortunately, that was a mistake.
I’m really disappointed with how this company handles refunds. I just want my money back.
