A massive thank you to the Old Boot team, having travelled to their Matlock showroom to see the Hepburn sofa we couldn’t have been more welcomed, no pressure, just good old fashioned friendly service. We placed our order for two 3 seaters in the Vintage Tan and to say we’re delighted is an understatement. Proper quality and super comfy!

2 yrs on and still having trouble with seat cushions on our sofa. After sales been rubbish. Reported faults day after arrival then covid stopped everything and was told we were out of warranty. Never buy from here again. Still not sorted!!!!

We ordered our Hepburn sofa mid Feb and it was delivered end of May. We were kept updated re delivery. When the sofa arrived we were absolutely thrilled!! It’s so comfortable and fits perfectly in our 300+ year old cottage. Karen and Zoe have been so helpful and the delivery guys were prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend Old Boot.

Placed my order for a Historian Sofa in the clearance only to find out 10 minutes later that I and someone else had purchased the same sofa well Old Boots
called and explained what had happened they offered a refund or to make me the same sofa they gave me options having a refund or a sofa so I went with having a sofa.They sent me leather samples to choose from kept me informed of how long it would take to make the sofa and how long for delivery.Delivery day arrived for which I was contacted from the delivery service all I can say what a great service delivery men where absolutely fantastic without their perseverance this sofa would not be in my sitting room fantastic service I wish more delivery men had the patience these guys had as for my sofa absolutely fantastic exactly want I wanted all I can say you get what you pay for I would buy from Old Boots again without hesitation thank you Zoe and the team from Old Boots

Update: Dropped a further star - it took 3 weeks to get the sofa uplifted for return, and we had to chase the company to get it done. By law, refund for an online order should be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) of receipt of returned item. Old Boots tried to stipulate 21 working days (4 weeks!) and it took several emails to finally get our refund within a reasonable time.
As stated originally, the sofas are lovely but the admin for the company is appalling and I wouldn’t want to be dealing with them again.

We ordered two different style sofas. It took four months for them to arrive however when they did they were both excellent quality. We felt one style was rather uncomfortable so decided to return it using the companies 28 day return policy. Two weeks later we are still waiting for it to be collected, and won’t see our refund until 21 days after they’ve inspected it. Feel disappointed as they’re such lovely sofas but not sure I would buy again due to the company’s slow response.

Great Company, regular updates and a beautiful sofa. Delivery excellent too.

Delighted with my two sofas, was kept up to date during the manufacturing process and the two delivery guys cold not have been nicer.

Delighted with our Howard Snuggler fitted out in a Nubuck leather but the five star review is also for the lovely people we met at the Derbyshire showroom and those we spoke to on the phone and over email in London.

Thrilled with my two chairs and footstool! Old Boot was a joy to deal with. Regular emails to update me on my order which arrived promptly and on the day planned. The quality of these chairs is exceptional and I highly recommend this company. It is a great example of a small company who cares about their customers.

Ordered the Hepburn small sofa and an armchair to have for Christmas. Ordered well in advance to ensure delivery as the world has gone a bit mad this year and it is hard to rely on anything. Old Boot were great at keeping in touch to update me on my order and it was actually myself holding things up - foam or feather or both? Scotchguard or not? Lots of options. I even had to postpone delivery as we hadn’t finished decorating, which was not a problem to them. The delivery service was equally amazing with positive, helpful communication throughout. The furniture is very comfy and looks great in pine and honey velvet. The only issue we had were the legs, as the manufacturer had changed the style from the website and we were left a bit confused and had to email for clarification. If we had permitted the delivery folks to unpack and attach the legs ( as is standard) we probably wouldn’t have even noticed. Despite this I received really prompt responses to my emails over the Christmas holidays and the offer of whichever legs I prefer. I will be looking for new sofas for other rooms at some point too and will happily return to old boot sofas.

Just received my two Hepburn sofas this morning and I’m over the moon. I was a little anxious having never ordered furniture online before wasn’t quite sure what to expect, I am delighted with my sofas they are gorgeous, I’ve been taking photos and sending them to friends and family since they arrived! I would not hesitate in recommending Old Boot Sofas to anyone, they kept me updated throughout and completed when they said they would, first class service, merchandise and delivery, thank you. I’m now looking to order a footstool for one of the sofas!😁😁

We took delivery of our 2 Hepburn sofas on Friday. They are beautiful and so comfortable it was an effort to extract myself from my snuggle sofa last night. One of the sofas arrived with no front legs, a call from Old Boots who had been informed by the lovely delivery men, and they arrived via courier on Sunday. Fantastic service!
Thanks Old Boots, keep doing what you are doing, it works.

Having searched the internet for tan leather furniture, I found the Hepburn 2 seater sofa and chair on Old Boot, which ticked all the boxes for me. I ordered samples so I could be sure of the colour of the leather (Saddle - tan). I must admit, I was extremely nervous about ordering furniture online without having seen it or tried it for comfort, but I needn't have been. My experience with Old Boot from start to finish was first class. The team were always on hand (phone or email) to answer any queries I had and once the furniture was ordered, they provided progress updates along the way, and when the furniture was ready, they let me know the expected delivery window. Having collected the furniture, the delivery company contacted me to give me a delivery date and kept me up to date on progress, the furniture was delivered on the date and time given (about 8 weeks from ordering), and brought into my home with care and skill and installed in a jiffy (and they took all the packaging away).

The furniture itself is just beautiful! The detail and finish is amazing and it is so comfortable... and the smell of the leather is divine. It's everything I wanted and more!

I am more than happy with my new furniture and would not hesitate to recommend Old Boot.

I own the Hepburn sofa in willow green velvet, and it's been a total joy. We were wondering whether to be seduced by a loaf sofa - we have one already - but it's much more expensive and too deep to sit on comfortably. This sofa both looks like it's been here forever - there's a lovely patina on the velvet, but more importantly keeps its shape when we sit and lie on it. Thank you so much for your excellent service too.

From visiting the showroom and the staff helping us choose the right size and filling for our couch, to the delivery and assembly of our product everything was first class, exceptional quality once it arrived, would definately recommend.

I ordered my two Hepburn sofas in March after seeing them at a friends house. The quality was amazing and the material was so comfortable. I contacted the team to get more details of dimensions and what colours I could get them in.
They were nothing but accommodating, even sending out free samples for me to chose from.
Once I placed the order I was regularly updated with how my sofas were getting along. On delivery day the two guys were fantastic and managed to get them exactly where I wanted.
Couldn’t ask for a better service from the entire team.

I just had my Hepburn sofa delivered and I love it! The delivery guys were great too as getting it in was a bit tricky, but so glad it fitted! It's really well made and I love the look of the Vintage leather. Its really comfy too, I'd a say a medium firmness but I wanted to buy a sofa that would last me for years and I feel I made the right choice with this one. The guys at Old Boot were all really helpful too but not pushy, which I appreciated. I recommend getting some of the free leather samples sent out, as I was pretty sure I wanted the Tan but when I looked at the samples at home I actually went for the darker Brown. Thank you!
