I've enjoyed the food at Olive Garden for several years but recently I've noticed a decline in their waitstaff service. I feel as though the restaurant was severely understaffed which is likely why we... See more

They don't check for dirty silverware.
Make sure you think twice about going to Olive Garden. Depending on your location they either will run the restaurant like a Michelin star restaurant, or run it like a fast food establishment.
The one I went to recently, the staff openly admitted they don't really check if their silverware or utensils are dirty they just put it in the dish because the food covers the spoons.
Meals seemed precooked and reheated
Meals seemed precooked and reheated, eggplant parm was dry and tasteless, portions were small and expensive.
We had the best experience at Olive…
We had the best experience at Olive Garden on Benson Dr. in Columbia. It was about 60 of us. Sherice was one of the managers on duty. Although she was the manager, she helped to serve. The entire staff was pleasant, professional, well organized and punctual with serving the food. Hats off to the staff at this location!!
Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. Slow service, bad service, and the food delivered was incorrect. I only eat the egg plant because I do not eat beef, pork, or chicken. Imagine how I felt when I spit out the chicken that I was served. This is unacceptable and NO manager came by to Apologize. This is the last time I eat at the Murfreesboro Tennessee Olive Garden. You consistently stand a 50-50 chance of having a horrible experience.
Excellent service and food
We had a wonderful lunch the other day due to a lovely waitress that served us. She was extremely efficient and made sure we had everything. We got the soup and salad all you can eat and when we left we were quite stuffed. Our waitresses name was Mac.
Service was great but the food was bad
Service was great but the food was bad. Not sure why they think Garden Herb is a good sauce. One of the worse taste i have ever had. Italian Sausage Tasted like what they get rid of from all animals. all the noodles where over cooked and soggy. This is something that will take a long time to forget.
PARTIALLY RECYCLED SALADS
I think that Olive Garden on E Colonial Blvd in Orlando, FL is using recycled salad bowls on customers. The bottom of the bowls looks like left over salad. It's very concerning. The HEALTH DEPT. NEEDS TO CHECK IT OUT. When there is a full house, the kitchen may not be turning over freshly made salads🤔 I should have taken pictures.

Horrible Service Bad Management
Olive Garden Anchorage North
Not busy at all when entering had to wait for 10-15 mins almost the entire resultant was not being used.
Then when seated was not approached for about 5 mins and he would come back after taking dishes to kitchen
Why seated if server was not ready.
So I asked the lady at front could I get service that no one had approached me.
So ask for my drunken then brought the wrong thing cause she was not listening
Still had not ordered.
Then the lady said if I didn’t like the service I could leave
So I did totally unprofessional
EVERY person that comes in this resultant is paying a portion of every employees wages.l. Then to be told I could leave cause she made there
Olive Garden is going down hill has been for a year but I am never going to accept bad service when going out if my expecting is to high that is sad but I am not changing for less just because restaurants have bad management
I will never go back done with Olive Grrden. There are other restaurants in the city that have good servers and management.
But employees one day when your laid off lack of customers you might think about why?
Waited for waitress quite awhile
Waited for waitress quite awhile, I had the Tour of Italy. Way too salty! Never asked us if we wanted more breadsticks, soup or soda.

Olive Garden should find a better…
Olive Garden should find a better gluten free pasta brand. Theirs improbably made from corn which is the worst kind. There are several very good brands available now- jovial and tinkyada to name two- made with brown rice. They are a great texture. I NEVER go to Olive Garden unless I have to (someone’s birthday or some thing) as a gluten free person because the GF pasta they use is TERRIBLE - come on Olive Garden there is NO excuse for having a crappy gluten free pasta.
I went to the Olive garden years ago…
I went to the Olive garden years ago and thought the food was gross but decided to give it another chance a few days ago. They over cooked the shells that the person I was with ordered. I got the chicken Alfredo and it was so gross I just couldn't eat it. It didn't even taste like Alfredo. I would never go back.
I see a lot of bad reviews but I've…
I see a lot of bad reviews but I've been eating at Olive Garden for years and I've never been disappointed. I eat at my local one at least once a month and it's my go-to whenever I travel and am stuck for where to eat.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience at an Olive Garden ever. First of all when we seated it took an extremely long time to get any service . The couple that was seated across from us that came in after us was immediately helped. We had the same server by the way. Our food and drinks were all messed up and that's sad considering we only ordered salad and soup. We were never offered refills of our soup or salad. My husband did ask for a second helping of soup but never received it. We didn't get cheese offered to us we had to ask for it. Didn't receive and mints at the end of service. While it's possible the server could have been new, that still doesn't mean anything considering he waited on the other table hand and foot. Also the salad tasted really bad. Like the lettuce tasted strange. I think that the server judged us o the fact that skin was white and his wasn't, neither was the other table he took care of. I will never be back ti that location. It was the west Knoxville Tn location.
Awful food
Omg, knowing how awful this place is because I had been there before, I made the mistake of going back. I had been given a gift card from this restaurant and although my last experience was very bad, I wanted to use it before misplacing it, and I took my wife there for lunch. But afterwards we were upset at ourselves for sacrificing our time by going there again. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and it was the worst meal we have ever had. The spaghettis were watery so the sauce didn’t have any flavor or texture, and the meatballs were so breaded it didn’t taste like meat and felt like we were eating smashed bread. We just don’t know how people can eat there. We won’t eat anything there again even if they pay us. The bread sticks were okay but that’s not what we went there for and paid $50.00 for the junk food we got.
Charging me for using the tablet…
Charging me for using the tablet without telling me there was a fee to use it is bad business practice. Fee just showed up on my receipt.
Feels really unfair. And sneaky. In order to get my money without me knowing. Too risky to go back. What else could I unknowingly be charged for? Getting a booth? Using the olive oil? Touching the cloth napkin?
MY G.F AND I WENT TO THE CULVER CITY…
MY G.F AND I WENT TO THE CULVER CITY OLICE GARDEN, YESTERDAY, i ordered the tuour of italy meal and she only had cake and coffee, first off , the waiter took the order, then shows up 10mins. later, the coffee was COLD! it came in a little s/s container, the coffee was cold. next he brings me the soup to me pasta e fagioli , theres NO KINDEY BEANS IN THE SOUP, ONLY BEEF, THATS NOT THE CORRECT SOUP.?
