An Exceptional Buying Experience
I recently purchased a Montblanc Patron of Art Luciano Pavarotti 888 fountain pen from Oliver’s Jewellery, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience.
From my very first inquiry, Elizabeth was exceptionally courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and transparent. We exchanged several messages regarding the condition, authenticity, nib, service history, and functionality of the pen, and she took the time to answer every question thoroughly and honestly.
I particularly appreciated the transparency regarding the fact that, as the pen had been acquired from the public, they could not guarantee its complete service history or rule out previous repairs or replacement parts. Rather than making assumptions, they clearly explained what they could and could not confirm, while standing behind the authenticity and functionality of the piece. That level of honesty gave me considerable confidence in the purchase.
The negotiation was also handled exceptionally well. Elizabeth and her team graciously accepted my offer, and the entire transaction remained pleasant and professional from beginning to end.
The pen arrived exactly as described and is absolutely beautiful. It was carefully packaged, and the complete presentation, including the box, case, documentation and appraisal, was outstanding.
As a collector of fine writing instruments, I have had experience purchasing pieces from various dealers, and I can honestly say that Oliver’s Jewellery provided one of the best buying experiences I have had. The combination of professionalism, transparency, responsiveness and genuine customer care was exceptional.
I would have absolutely no hesitation purchasing from Oliver’s Jewellery again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealer of fine jewellery, watches, and collectible pieces.

OK as a gold buyer, but doesn't provide value as a jeweler
As a gold buyer, they are OK, as the competition ensures pricing can't vary much. As a jewellery seller, it's a different story, and I think it's best to avoid them altogether. A relative bought an Art Deco brooch that had an appraisal certificate for $1,000, when the real value was actually well below $200 if not $100, and of pretty recent manufacture. An expensive lesson for him and a free one for TrustPilot followers.

Shipping and delivery are slow and don’t appear to be given priority
The items they sell to the consumer are described well allowing you to make an informed decision. Their attention to ensuring the item you purchase on line is shipped to you in a timely manner is lacking. Once the money has been exchanged the wait begins.
