DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their website looks like a cute little American small business selling high-quality baby products. Instead they are reselling cheap Chinese garbage at a huge markup. You will wait weeks or months to get stuff sent from China. You can buy the same stuff much cheaper, and get it quicker, on Amazon. Do that instead!

This is the worst online shopping…

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had!

I contacted them as I wanted to return my item, being a diaper bag (the bag was smaller than I thought and I was also gifted a diaper bag to help save us money). Their return policy says you have 3 days to return the item, but gives no details on HOW to return (return address). I have sent multiple emails requesting this information and have not been responded to. It’s been weeks. I am convinced this company is the biggest scam I have personally ever been a victim of. That’s how I feel about this company - I feel like a victim.

Terrible Customer Service

The item I ordered took over 2 months to get to me, when I contacted them they offered me a 30% refund. Trying to get that refund has proven to be impossible. They will not respond to my emails, Instagram comments, Facebook messages. They also blocked me from Instagram. Terrible customer service, would not recommend buying from.

DO NOT BUY

Dreadful! Took weeks to come from China. Within a couple of months the zip had broken and the seams started to give. I wrote a 1 star review on website and it still hasn’t been published. The same 17 ‘5 star’ reviews every time I look for mine even though a banner pops up to say someone else has just bought this bag. A massive scam. DO NOT BUY.

Do not order from them

My sister ordered me a diaper bag for my baby shower. I started using it early August and by the end of August there was a huge tear in the front pocket. I emailed Them and no response so i messaged Them on Facebook and they blocked me from messaging them. I would Never recommend purchasing from them.
