Don’t buy OLX feature add-ons — they feel like a scam. After posting your product, their team contacts you and promises that their agents will help sell your item within 3–4 days if you purchase the feature. However, nothing usually happens, and the 30-day feature period expires without any real results.

If there was an option of Negative Stars i ll definitely rate that , their sales team is The most fraud Team in Pakistan Ever, they call you for the nest client linkage scam and once they got their commission from you they block you and never respond back to you! A person named Umar was The head of this scam and fraud community and he uses most of female sales person in this fraudulent earning and those greedy women too are part of such False and fraudulent tactics!

It say’s too many attempts while i try to reset my password when i didnt try to reset it mutiple times and it asks to put an impossible password which is too hard to remember like it’s some sort of banking app.

worst experience. when an ad posts, immediately receive a call from the olx agents to buy premium service for higher visibility and insisit to buy premium service. and mostly receive fake calls and messages. full of fake buyers.

⭐ My Honest Experience With OLX Motors Pakistan – A Complete Scam of an Inspection Service

I want to warn everyone about OLX MOTORS PK and their so-called “professional vehicle inspection service.”
My recent inspection was one of the most inaccurate, careless, and misleading reports I’ve ever seen.

Here’s what happened:

I paid OLX for a full inspection, expecting a proper, unbiased report.
Instead, I received a report filled with false information, missing details, and clear negligence.

Some major issues they completely ignored or lied about:

• Mileage Manipulation
The car’s cluster clearly showed 181,000 km, but OLX wrote 81,000 km in their report.

• Accident Hiding
They marked the car as “non-accidental” even though:
• Airbags were deployed
• Windscreens were replaced
• Impact sensor faults were showing
• Radiator core support was repaired

• Blurred Diagnostic Screenshots
They uploaded blurred OBD screenshots, but even then you can see:
• SRS faults
• Airbag errors
• Door/mirror faults

Yet they marked SRS and airbags as OK.

• Mechanical Lies
They marked:
• Engine oil “clean” (it was black and overdue)
• A/C “fine” (compressor was noisy)
• Exhaust “fine” (car was straight-piped with catalytic converters deleted)

• Interior & Exterior Lies
They didn’t mention:
• Aftermarket coilovers
• Aftermarket steering wheel
• Broken key
• Cracked dashboard
• Hanging pillar trims
• Stuck seat belt
• Missing jack
• Non-functional mirror controls

Basically, everything important was ignored.

⭐ And when I complained?

I sent OLX a detailed email with the full evidence — photos, codes, screenshots.

Their reply was a copy-paste message that clearly showed:
• They didn’t read my complaint
• They didn’t open the report
• They didn’t compare anything
• They just closed the case saying “no further facilitation can be provided”

This was from Muhammad Umer – Issue Resolution Department, who didn’t address even one point I made.

This inspection service is NOT reliable, NOT professional, and NOT worth your money.

If you’re trusting OLX Motors for a genuine report, don’t.
You might make a huge financial mistake based on a report that hides real issues.

I will be sharing the complete evidence (their replies, the faulty report, and all photos) across all automotive platforms so others don’t get scammed the same way.

Be careful. Do NOT rely on OLX’s inspection service.

My experience with OLX has been very bad. On the recommendation of one of their representatives Hina Rajput I paid 3350 PKR for an ad. She assured me that my car would be sold within 1–2 days. Meantime I got zero results and no further support or follow-up from OLX.

It seems like these representatives act very friendly and convincing at first just to make you pay for ads, but later there is no response and no help at all.

OLX is not recommended. Be careful guysdon’t waste your money on their ads.

Olx sales person are very effective in marketing and they hunt you through your advertising that you give on other platform like PakWheels. They will start calling you immediately with all false stories of there clients linkage and best price for your car etc. etc. But unfortunately after getting advertised on olx and getting there commission they will immediately disappear
. Total fraud service. Beware of them and protect yourself.

Worst experience of my life, I got scammed trying to buy a phone, if you ever see multiple ads for the same product from different cities, don't buy it.

They used to be a good company and a good platform, but now they are asking money for posting adds. That too over calls.

Since the day it started, its tend to loose its target audience and effectiveness due to their greedy policies. Thats why its rating is not coming good enough to stand out against their competitors.

I had posted an ad on OLX Pakistan and made a payment to boost it. However, due to a technical issue in their system, the ad was not boosted and instead went into the “Not Published” section. I raised a complaint regarding this, but did not receive any satisfactory response for two days.

During that time, I made another payment just to get my ad live again, and this time it was successfully published. However, the company is refusing to refund the initial payment, claiming that it was the consumer’s fault, which is not true in my case.

I post and ad about 20 days ago only 60 persons seen ad and zero response. Why they asking for 1%?.
Now this company is worst company.

This website is for the people who can pay for Advertising to his or her products and if one don't want to pay for his or her products the website doesn't bring his or her products infront of people.

I tried selling a touch POS LCD screen on OLX with proper category, title, description, photos but they kept rejecting my Ad. They keep asking for money and if you go with the free plan, guess what? They beg you for 1% from the sale. Why the hell we pay them the 1%? Do they pay us for the third-party ads they earn from placed on our ad page??

when i was try to posting ad free on olx they continuously showing the Quran's verse and when i see this i already feel so sad about it and hope he will recover and make the olx better for all user

In 2014-16 this company works very well and i like the service because in these day i have post the ad after three to four hours my equipment will sold out and
now they have a sales agent to sale her feature service after neglect the service company management will hide my ad from her website
This is 4 time in last 4 months no one seen my ad and zero response
Now this company is worst company.
