Since the day it started, its tend to loose its target audience and effectiveness due to their greedy policies. Thats why its rating is not coming good enough to stand out against their competitors.

Assalam o Alaikum,

I had posted an ad on OLX Pakistan and made a payment to boost it. However, due to a technical issue in their system, the ad was not boosted and instead went into the “Not Published” section. I raised a complaint regarding this, but did not receive any satisfactory response for two days.

During that time, I made another payment just to get my ad live again, and this time it was successfully published. However, the company is refusing to refund the initial payment, claiming that it was the consumer’s fault, which is not true in my case.

I post and ad about 20 days ago only 60 persons seen ad and zero response. Why they asking for 1%?.
Now this company is worst company.

This website is for the people who can pay for Advertising to his or her products and if one don't want to pay for his or her products the website doesn't bring his or her products infront of people.

I tried selling a touch POS LCD screen on OLX with proper category, title, description, photos but they kept rejecting my Ad. They keep asking for money and if you go with the free plan, guess what? They beg you for 1% from the sale. Why the hell we pay them the 1%? Do they pay us for the third-party ads they earn from placed on our ad page??

when i was try to posting ad free on olx they continuously showing the Quran's verse and when i see this i already feel so sad about it and hope he will recover and make the olx better for all user

In 2014-16 this company works very well and i like the service because in these day i have post the ad after three to four hours my equipment will sold out and
now they have a sales agent to sale her feature service after neglect the service company management will hide my ad from her website
This is 4 time in last 4 months no one seen my ad and zero response

They're fraud.

This is very bad and dangerous because most of the stolen mobile phones are sold here, a similar incident happened to me as a result of which I have to face a lot of damage and embarrassment which the thieves or dangerous robbers. Anything save on it is not identified by this app but this app makes it easy for thieves and help them to spread their stolen item to many buyers I request that please Do not buy any mobile phone from this app this app help scammers thieves and robbers to sell stolen items without any identity and fake identiti or id card

Never purchase on OLX by making payment first. There are alot of scammers ads. Always purchase if someone is advertising from your city and go to him to purchase. Otherwise you will loss your money!

Even don't trust if someone is going to send you ID card. The scammers has registered accounts to others ID cards.

Very good platform for a user to sell reconditioned items

Pathetic website, Pathetic app and worst customer experience. It is flooded with scammers.

I responded to an Indeed listing for a freelance editor position. He provided the job description and salary information. The first assignments were fairly simple, and the company representative was easy to communicate with. But after a week, I got an offer for what OLX considered a promotional position as a seller, which came with the opportunity for higher pay. I turned down the offer because I have no experience and wasn't interested. From there, the representative stopped responding to all emails. I repeatedly followed up for my payment and never heard back. Clearly a scam. I'd caution freelance writers/editors but also anyone considering to work with OLX. Based on the communications I edited, it's very sketchy and untrustworthy work.

Yeah nothing really much to say, just highly recommend using another platform altogether.

This is fraudster company website where you saw most of the adds from fake companies . Specially maids hiring company. I am the victim of one company throuhh olx . Company name is MS EMPLOYEMNT AND OWNER NAME IS MR SALEEM. HE WILL TAKE MONEY IN ADVANCE AND THEN AFTER DELIVERED THE MAID. SAME NIGHT THAT MAID WILL RUN AWAY FROM YOUR HOUSE AND THIS GUY WILL NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALLS. AND HE WILL TELL U THAT WE DELIVERED MAID ON YOUR HOME ADDRESS. AND WE ARE GIVING FULL GURANTE.
OLX JUST TAKE THEIR MONEY FROM ADDS. DONT CARE EITHER ADDS ARE ORIGNAL OR FROM FAKE COMPANY.
I even inform even olx representative Mr Bilal and provide all documents as proof but no action taken from their side becoz olx just care about their money and uploading fake adds with fake company details so then after so many people like me become a victim.
I hired a maid through olx from MS EMOYEMNT COMPANY. PAID 39000 RS FOR THAT . SAME NIGHT THAT MAID RUN AWAY AND THAT GUY NOT ANS MY CALL.
STILL THAT GUY UPLOAD FAKE ADDS AND OLX DONT TAKE ANY ACTION.

Worst E-Commerce platform to sell or buy products. They have inexperienced staff with usual bugs and downtimes on their App and Website.

Worst site ever,takes ages to open, really poor performance and user experience

Never advertise on OLX. Their customer service is poor, i had boosted an ad, spent money and the add was deleted nd was never boosted. And also the customer service of OLX also refused to give my money back.

Its a very good platform for selling something for me but some problems occured with their software I guess. Overall a good concept and average service.
