Same as everyone else change the link thinking it was .50 cents and ended up taking 79$

Please can you provide me with your customer service email. Your generic email is no help for me as I am put in contact with the same person. I want to speak to your complaints department.

They charged my account and ive never heard of them, so have to close my account now and have to get a new damn card and change everything....thanks a lot a$$%^%

BEWARE - SCAM! Please read the reviews below. I wish I had before attempting to purchase a trial. Charged for 3 months! No way of getting a refund… customer service really unhelpful. 😠

SCAM INDEED. DO NOT USE. THE APP MAKES IT VERY HARD TO CANCELL SUBSCRIPTION. DO NOT JUST DELETE THE APP THIS WILL NOT CANCEL. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT VERY HELPFUL AND WOULD NOT REFUND THE £80.

I canceled this over a year ago and have a ne card number!! Out of the blue today they charged me $79.80!!!!! I deleted the app a year ago!!!

Had to reinstall the app to go in and cancel it again!! I did this a year ago!!!!! Scam!!

This is a scam, I also fell for this, I purchased a one week trial for £3 through PayPal and they automatically took £69 from my account at the end of the trial saying that I agreed to it. Apparently it’s in the small print when you purchase the trial and this is how they get your payment details and take the money. They are actually robbing people, I have asked for a refund through PayPal and deleted the app. I am waiting to see if I get a refund! Probably not because what they do is legal but it’s actually morally wrong. Don’t be fooled, avoid at all cost!!!

Same experience as all the rest, very subtle con they must be making a fortune.
All social media have no comments opinions. They know what they are doing I’m going to report the site for fraud.

Worst company, MASSIVE SCAM!!! Go on for a free trial, paid the small fee for the trial and it automatically took £64 from my bank and is refusing to pay it back !!! DO NOT USE, THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I will be going to the ombudsman.

They took my money from my bank account without mu permission its spam app and they are lairs they took the money and reduced to refund me be careful its a spam app they took 46 JD instead of 0.5 usd

Paid for 7 day trial they took 79.20 I’m now in dispute with PayPal as they will not give me the money back. Do not fall for this trick!! Thanks to PayPal I got my money back. Please please do not use this dreadful company

Can’t log into the app and their messaging on Facebook in email via the app ! Contacted bank so hopefully I will get the 79 back

Scammers! Sat in Dubai, taking people's money. You are a disgrace 😤

This is a scam please do not apply for any of the free trials. I applied for the 0.50p free trial on their website after googling calorie deficit apps. They do a very sophisticated’quiz’ and all looks legit then you apply for the free trial like myself to have a premium account. I was charged the 50p and then charged again for a £79.20 3 month subscription. This was done via Apple Pay. Please AVOID. Call your bank straight away and cancel your card. I have been emailing them non stop and got 1 auto reply then nothing. I am distraught that this has happened but shocked at how easily it did.

I have contacted the UAE Embassy, as this company is working out of a registered UAE Address, whom have launched their own investigation. The UK obbussman have also been notified and will now be launching their own investigation. I am meeting today with a member of the British press to ensure that this experience is reported on and that others are made aware of this company. As I understand it they have a simmilar scam company with the exact same operating model called muscle booster so I would also advise against this too.

I will make it my mission to make the world aware of this company and simmilar schemes. This does not end here

It is a scam! Do not even try it!!!
In my blond moment I have bought the a week trial for £0.50. Don't be fooled. You won't be able to cancel it before the end of the trial period and than it will renew automatically!!! Now £79.20 taken from my account regardless I have send email that I am not interested and don't want to continue. I have send that email right after I got email "that you for your purchase" but no refund whatsoever.
DO NOT EVEN START WITH IT!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM OMO I signed up for free trial which is not free it costs £3. However within seconds they took £63.36 and £36 without my knowledge or agreement. I did not even fill in my details to join any membership they just took the money on Apple Pay .
