After 9 months (1 charge) the ICO stops…
After 9 months (1 charge) the ICO stops working. I received after 7 weeks a new sparepart, but doesn't work either. Also the Wifi connection fails, while using the same password. Now they keep on asking what characters i use in my password??, instead of telling me what is allowed and not. Bad customer unfriendly service and a waste of money.

Unreliable and Poor Customer Service
I have had two units in the past five years and both have proven inaccurate and have finally failed. Their customer support is in France and have your running test after test only to not respond when you ask for an address to send the unit for repair. Although the idea is good the unit is not, please don't waste your money, I wish I hadn't.

If you have a pool you need this
If you have a pool and want to make sure the water is crystal clean and safe, their ICO product is for you. Have had the ICO pool sensor for a year now and must say it is a top product. Probably saved me its cost already in a more efficient use of chemicals and pool product. But above all you want a company to stand behind their product and faced with an infiltration of water which damaged the batter after 15 months that's exactly what they did, immediately! Plus their ability to troubleshoot from a distance. Very good! Thanks Fabrice for very useful online support.
