Merwin Rodrigues Was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Guided me through on resetting passwords when Docman and EMIS have lost connection. Instructions were clear and followed very easy. Very polite and customer service skills excellent.

Annapoorna form the education team was very knowledgeable, supportive and able to resolve my issue providing excellent troubleshooting skills.

We have found the product (Legal PCM) soul-destroyingly bad. System not set up properly for us, interminable 'training', poor customer service. Now seeking extra charges to have proper set-up despite huge outlay.

Heartbreaking as we were so hopeful after the 'sales' pitch. SME Solicitors Firms, we suggest exploring other Case Management systems.

If you are a SME Solicitors firm, we do not recommend.
