We needed to download a sizeable amount of data onto a standalone remote laptop. The One Advanced team handled this very professionally and were incredibly accommodating when we needed to move dates around. Great service !

Strong support and communication during an incident

We have been working with Chris Jones from the Adastra team to resolve a complex database and reporting issue affecting our organisation.

Chris demonstrated a high level of technical knowledge, particularly in explaining the constraints around database recovery and the need for a full restore. He clearly outlined the recovery approach and provided assurance around data integrity, which was important in managing risk.

Chris’ communication, support, and professionalism stood out throughout. He was consistent in providing updates, clear in his explanations, and proactive in escalating internally when required. His approach helped maintain momentum during a complex, multi-party incident.

Given the scale of the issue and the risk to our organisation, including impact on national performance reporting and potential reputational damage, this level of engagement was critical. Chris played a key role in ensuring we progressed towards a resolution as quickly as possible.

This was a complex issue involving multiple organisations. The support and coordination provided by Chris were a significant factor in managing the situation effectively.

Server Migration

We have recently migrated from a Gen5 server to the new Microsoft Azure platform. The process was managed efficiently from start to finish under the stewardship of Gharjyot Singh and his team. All issues and queries were resolved promptly with minimal disruption to our day to day processes.

From Best to Worst

Before OneAdvanced took over the company, they used to be the gold standard in customer support with issues solved quickly and efficiently over remote connections with a quick and efficient phone call to someone who knew what they were doing.
Now software quality has hit rock bottom, updates continually introduce more bugs and the support service is almost non-existent and you can no longer get through on the phone. Issues remain unresolved for months and months and require you to keep chasing them. If you don't issues timeout and are automatically closed and marked as resolved when they are not. At the same time the cost of the products has tripled.
