48-72h delay appears to be 2 weeks. Once shipped, no information on tracking, not on your account on their website, nor on the provided email address. Goods were nearly shipped back and had to ask twice for invoice.
Advise to this company: Wake up or close your service.

Pour le dire poliment : si leur SAV était autant vite que leur expédition (le lendemain de la commande !) et leur site honnête, OneDirect mériterait 5 étoiles. Mais il leur a fallu presque 4 (quatre) semaines et env. huit rappels pour faire bouger leur SAV (Silence Après Vente) pour résoudre une faute de ma part lors de ma commande : je m’étais trompé d’une seule lettre en commandant un trio de Gigaset E720. Ayant découvert mon erreur en ouvrant le colis, j’ai immédiatement contacté leur SAV par mail pour proposer d’échanger que la station de base (les deux satellites étant compatibles). Il a fallu 8 jours et 4 ou 5 rappels pour -enfin- recevoir une étiquette pour retourner la station de base. Ensuite, après avoir payé la différence + frais de port, presque deux semaines et plusieurs rappels pour -enfin- recevoir le bon Gigaset (pourtant en stock). Et pour quelle raison le bon de commande était-il marqué ‘NR’« Article sur commande, ni repris ni échangé » ? Illégal ?
Quand vous commandez un produit, vous êtes stimulé d’acheter une assurance à 3,95% du montant de votre commande pour avoir 30 jours pour retourner le produit (OneDirect apparemment connaît son SAV … !), et 7 jours pour réclamer un défaut. Commandes ‘NR’ exclues … Utilité très douteuse !
Quand vous cherchez sur Internet un produit, vous serez dirigé au site de OneDirect avec des prix nets, encore un clic et c’est toujours net, le prix TTC n’apparaissant en petits chiffres que pour les détails du produit. Le site n’étant pas réservé aux entreprises, appâter les consommateurs avec des prix HT n’est pas seulement incorrect, mais tout bonnement illégal / prohibé !
To put it politely: if their after-sales service were as fast as their shipping (the day after the order was placed!) and their site honest, OneDirect might deserve 5 stars. But it took them almost 4 (four) weeks and approx. eight reminders to make their after-sales service (SAV; in this case Silence After Sales) move to resolve an error on my part when ordering: I had made a single letter error when ordering a trio of Gigaset E720. Having discovered my error when opening the package, I immediately contacted their after-sales service by email to propose an exchange of only the base station (the two satellites being compatible). It took 8 days and 4 or 5 reminders to -finally- receive a label to return the base station. Then, after having paid the difference and posatage, almost two weeks and several reminders to receive the right Gigaset (although in stock). And why was the order form marked 'NR' ("Item on order, neither taken back nor exchanged")? Illegal ?
When you order a product, you are stimulated to buy insurance at 3.95% of the amount of your order to have 30 days to return the product (OneDirect apparently knows its after-sales service…!), and 7 days to claim a defect. 'NR' commands excluded... Highly questionable usefulness!
When you search the Internet for a product, you will be directed to the OneDirect site with net prices, one more click and it is still net, the price including TVA only appearing in small figures when clicking for the product details. As the site is not reserved for businesses, enticing consumers with prices excluding VAT is not only deceitful, but simply illegal / prohibited.
