Thanks for your review Susana. As you mention, you made a mistake booking a single room (The description for your room type was "Single Room - Standard Single / Twin For Sole Use") but you wished to book a double room.
Unfortunately, as advised during the booking process, the cancellation policy for your booking was "Non Refundable Booking. It will not be possible to amend this booking after it is made". In this kind of booking amendments are not permitted, so we weren't able to change the reservation from single to double or to cancel the booking. We are very sorry about this, but after contacting the hotel, they refuse to make any change.
The classification of rooms
The classification of rooms is confusing,eg "triple" when the actual hotel website has no such term, but uses premier or deluxe.

Thanks for your feedback Dr. Singh. Terms like Premier, Deluxe, Junior... are a bit "subjective" and it varies from hotel to hotel (in terms of amenities, views from the room...)
Single, double, Triple (sometimes called double with extra bed) it's a very objective term and it refers to the occupancy of the room (number of guests staying on that room).
The website of the hotel doesn't mention the word "triple" but you they ask you how many adults are going to stay in that room: 1, 2, 3 or 4. We hope this clarifies your question. If not, please let us know.
Excellent Value
Booking was dealt with professionally with very quick response with documentation. A glitch on my computer caused me to contact to have a document resent - which was completed effectively within the hour.
Would use to book another.

One night in London
My girlfriend and I stayed in a hotel for one Friday night in London just before Christmas in a double room including breakfast by Hyde Park for only 26 pounds for both of us.The hotel I rate as average but for the price a real bargain find.

Quick and easy
Onhotels.com offer for hotel Turim Suisso Atlantico in Lisbon was quite affordable to me and cheaper comparing to others (like booking.com, hotels.com etc). It was my first experience with onhotels.com. That's why I evaluated them with 4 stars (so that they would be continously motivated to do their best).
