Returns process not good
Nothing wrong with the ordering process or indeed the goods themselves - just didn’t fit. But the returns process and customer service, not great. First of all you have to call them to request a return. Pointless as they just say yes, return. But then I was told I must return quickly by a certain date (no mention of the extended return date for the Christmas period which I found online). Not only did I have to pay for my own return but I also still had to pay for the delivery postage. Not impressed at all. Sorry onlinegolf, won’t be returning for more of that.

Not the best experience
I ordered three polo shirts for my grandson one arrived one day . Another arrived a few days later . The third has never arrived . I contacted via email . Was informed , obviously by automated response that I would be contacted . Still waiting for contact , still no sign of the third polo shirt

Unacceptable marketing
I ordered a couple of trousers on or about 2 November. I added a few other items that I really did not need, just to reach the threshold for free shipping.
I was told the colour or size I wanted was not available and refunded the value of that trouser. So far not a big problem. However, I have been checking the site everyday and the colour and size I wanted is still actively marketed, and available to order.
This marketing tactic seems to be used as a bate, and this is not unacceptable.
I must say the ordering process is efficient and user friendly.

Willing to refund faulty shoes
Waterproof golf shoes bought from OnlineGolf leaked when used for the first time in heavy dew. They were good enough to give me a credit note to buy a new pair.
