Ordered some beautiful wall mounted lights to give my guest room a more luxe feel and they are stunning!

I tried to order them from another brand but for the exact same price the other brand said the shade wasn't included, so Online Lighting secured my business instead. Fast delivery, and they even provided a free UK adaptor plug as the plugs for the lighting are EU, not UK. It's these extra touches in this day and age that make a difference, excellent anticipation of your customers needs. Well done and will shop again!

Very impressed with range of beautiful lamps and excellent service from seller.

The delivery process isn't responsive. Immediately on receipt of an email telling me my lamp would be delivered between 6.30 and 8.30 pm that day, i contacted the delivery company to ask they they leave with a neighbour as i would out for thise 2 hours. They said they couldnt make any adjustment, even to leave with a neighbour, as was already out for delivery. I couldnt contact them earlier as i didn't have a time slot. Something is wrong with the system if the first you receive details of the delivery timings, it's already too late to provide for re-direction to a neighbour.

Great product and price was better than elsewhere. The item I had ordered wasn't in stock, but I was kept informed of when stock was expected to be available and, sure enough, it arrived as per the revised dates.

I spoke to customer services regarding the delivery I received from them. I was unsure how to get into the battery compartment of the wall light, even thinking a ‘part’ was missing. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and patient, explaining exactly how to get into the compartment and removing the base plate.
If I had further problems, to call her back. I’m very impressed with the care I received. 5⭐️

Excellent ordering and delivery service. Eaasy to use we site and ordering process and speedy fast delivery (free of charge). The outdoor light looks lovely, but we haven't had it fitted yet so can't comment on performance yet.

The ceiling fan we purchased is very good, the service was very poor.
We ordered the fan on the 6th of February, at this point we were advised the delivery would be around the 6th of March, we finally received it on the 5th of April.
I appreciate the fan was delayed by the manufacturer but ever week we were told it would be the next week and so on. we had an electrician waiting to fit it, he was fed up with being messed around.
Levels of communication and honesty require improvement.

The bathroom wall light was exactly what we had been looking for. It arrived very quickly and the picture on the website gave a good indication of what it looked light.
The only minor snag was that the pull cord was too short, but the electrician who fitted it added a bit more cord.

Product arrived a lot earlier than expected.

Love this lamp but was slightly disappointed that the inside of metal wasnt painted gold to match the outside , gave a look of being unfinished properly, Customer service checked this and found all the lamps to be the same. Hence why im keeping the lamps and going to hand paint the inside myself

Quick delivery, lighting came safely packaged and the quality of the fixtures is very good. They feel sturdy and look very stylish and modern; they are clearly built well to look good and to last.

I Ordered the Battery Operated Picture Light. Really Pleased with the Quality of the light & the light it radiates is fantastic! We replaced our wired in Picture Light with this battery operated one & this one is much more superior aesthetically & light lumination!!

Very surprised how lovely this table lamp is. It’s bigger than I expected but very well made. I am delighted with it and highly recommend. Also arrived next day and packed very well.
