The company let me know about a delayed delivery in plenty of time. I'd ordered 2 items & the first item arrived when it said it would. Plenty updates given on the outstanding item. Still waiting on the second item but on the basis of their communication to date, I'm confident I will get it promptly when it goes out for delivery

I bought the remote controlled, battery operated picture light. Absolutely delighted with it, quality is great and looks more expensive than it was. Unfortunately the remote control does not work. However I emailed customer services last night and today they have responded to say a new one has been sent.

What a fabulous lamp. Very reasonably priced. It arrived the next day. Easy to assemble and much admired.

I was pleased to find the Standard Lamp at Onlinelighting however a box arrived yesterday, 25th January, which only contained the lampshade, the light bulb and the flex and plug. I have written to Onlinelighting asking when I can expect the remainder of the lamp. I was very pleased with the delivery driver, who was very polite. My apologies on further examination of the parcel on Sunday I found the remainder of the lamp and a friend helped me assemble it. I am very pleased with it. Thank you.
