All our delivery and return policies are clearly outlined both in the product description section and on our website. It is stated that a return fee of £3.49 will be deducted from your refund. As part of our move to go paperless, we no longer include a return label in the parcel—returns are now handled online through our Return Portal.

Awful jeans

Awful jeans, first time I wore my black jeans they turned my hands black, ruined my new white shirt, had to shower when I go5 home as my legs were dyed black, , even was on my face,
As soon as I got home I threw them in the bin ,absolutely crap

Disappointed first time customer - update!

1. Didn't get the 10% joining discount.
2. Received a mail the day after my first order, 20% off everything, Didn't get that discount either.
3. Raised the above with customer service who responded and would apply the discount together with any returns. Received refund for the returns today and no discount applied.

Update !
So the discount was applied, but there was no mention of this anywhere on the returns/refund emails. The bad review could have easily been avoided. !! Communicate !!

Provided the items you ordered are not discounted, we can add the discount back in on the order. However, only one per order, so you could have one order with 20 % discount and another with 10 %.
