Onlyoz 

I ordered a pair of Blundstone 550's and they arrived the next day which I find amazing. The boots are fantastic and fit perfectly. They also came with a free tin of boot polish which is a nice touch. I am thinking of buying a black pair too and will definitely use OnlyOz if I do go ahead.

My order arrived the following day, can't fault the service. Very satisfied with the product.

Initially the service received was very good, as I thought I had accidentally ordered two pairs of boots. However, when the boots arrived and didn't fit well, I had some difficulty over the returns procedure. Emails went unanswered and eventually I had to phone to find out how to return the boots. After a few days I had an email stating that the refund was being actioned, but ten days later I still haven't had my refund. I emailed Onlyoz two days ago to enquire about my refund, stating that I wouldn't place my review on this site until I had a reply from them, but in my opinion they have failed in their customer service and don't deserve a good review.

I bought two items that were delivered via Royal Mail, they came quickly but unfortunately I needed to return one of the items because I accidently ordered the wrong colour. They were very helpful with my return and promptly sent me a replacement once I told them of my dilemma. Great service!!

Good Delivery times But very poor communication when attempting to return goods.

Had to ask for return authorisation twice and then phone to chase it up.

Bought a pair of Blunstones - delivery was prompt add ons were a bonus!

These new owners must have really turned things around! Ordered a pair of blunnies at 3.30pm and they were delivered by lunch time the next day. Excellent service and was done easily on the phone. To make up for the previous owners cock up i even got the speedy delivery for free.
Would defo recommend these guys now they have an owner that knows what hes doing. Thumbs up!

great boots ,will update after had them for awhile as hope they last longer than all the other boots i have purchased .

i did purchase a pair of boots in the end but found the service awful I'm afraid. I left a number of voicemails 3 or more and never had a return call just had to keep trying until someone eventually answered. Also many emails were not replied to. That's how poor the customer service was.
That being said I did receive the boots and was pleased with them.

Great price. Will definitely use this site the next time I need a pair of 'Blundstone’s'!

Amazing service, the boots arrived less than 24 hours after the order was placed, well packed and without problem - and that was just for standard delivery included in the price. Also excellent communication letting me know when dispatched etc. Well done, will be back for more!
