I ordered from Onlyoz in the morning, the order was despatched that evening. To me that is great service, with a very prompt delivery. The shoes I ordered arrived in perfect condition, but the box had suffered a bit during transit I assume, but all in all would definitely shop from them again and recommend them.

Great service - only I have not received my purchase yet!
I ordered my shoes on a Thursday at 17H00 and they were to be delivered by the following Saturday or Monday. They were delivered to the delivery address in London by the Royal Mail Service only the next Friday. Unfortunately, I left the UK for South Africa (home) on the previous Tuesday. The parcel is still at the delivery address. What now?
