I have been with OnPoint for the sale and a purchase of a property before and they have been consistently brilliant each time. This particular purchase took well over a year across two different properties and the process was still made simple and effective despite the challenges that were presented. Nancy's efforts in particular have been outstanding and her communication provided constant reassurance for us as purchasers. We appreciate the difficulty to find a good solicitor but the app coupled with brilliant staff at OnPoint made the whole process a positive one. Thanks again.

Communication. Paul is on the ball and the communication was endless no time was I not looked after. His attention to detail was excellent and was with me all the way through a stressful time of selling my house. 11-10 based on professionalism, communication, the ease of the app, the whole experience made easier by an excellent team and by Paul Daniels.

I had Mark Grundy to handle a conveyancing. Price was excellent and after an initial issue with trying to upload a couple of documents, everything ran on wheels. Mark kept me updated through the app and responded to queries quickly. 10/10 and I would definitely use again.

I was really impressed with both the platform that is used and the service provided by our allocated conveyancer, Harry Thompson. The communication and progress of the sale was easy to follow on the App, but equally Harry always responded quickly to any queries through the App and email, and he also was always available by phone for those occasions where you just want to talk to someone. I would definitely use Harry again.

OnPoint handled both the sale of our (leasehold) property and purchase of the new one, following a recommendation from a work colleague.

Overall this was a very positive experience with Oliver D keeping us informed at every stage with clear communication via the OnPoint mobile app.
While still a long-winded process, the app definitely made it much easier with documents received and sent electronically and no physical visits to the solicitors to sign documents required at all - indeed, we didn't even need to speak to Oliver until the very final part of the process (though we had the option of doing so also throughout).

The house selling/buying process is awful generally (especially leasehold!) but having used 'traditional, paper-based' local solicitors previously for similar, there's just no comparison. The ability to transact everything electronically via OnPoint App made the process not only quicker but less stressful also.

I have no hesitation in recommending OnPoint at all.

I honestly don’t think I could have got through this process without Niall.

Selling a house is stressful at the best of times, but doing it alongside a difficult divorce (with a particularly overbearing solicitor on the other side) made it feel overwhelming at points. Niall was absolutely brilliant throughout. He kept me reassured when things felt uncertain, and more importantly, he stepped in and handled direct communication with the opposing solicitor, which took a huge weight off my shoulders and made everything feel far more manageable.

There were also a few technical and legal complications along the way, and Niall really went above and beyond to try and move things forward, even when it felt like we’d hit a wall.

What stood out most was how human the whole experience felt. I never felt like just another case, he genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for me.

A big thank you as well to the wider team at OnPoint Conveyancing. They’ve been fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
