Great experience at on yer bike visited the shop yesterday great selection of products amazing choice of bikes friendly staff very professional will be coming back and maybe purchase a new bike in the new year.

Avoid at all cost.

I bought a 1098S from these guys last year supposedly with a full service including new battery and belt change. I had the bike delivered and it stood in the garage for two weeks and when I went to use it the so called new battery was dead. I've just had it serviced and my garage tell me the belts weren't changed either. I phoned them up and got no joy.

COVID considered there is no need for such dreadful customer service. Rang the shop 2 weeks ago to enquire about a new bike for my son and asked if ok to come and look round and try bikes was told yes very welcome to. Upon arrival today was stood waiting ignored by at least 4 members of staff I finally stopped a member of staff who looked annoyed at having been approached by a customer. He then said abruptly we don’t have any children’s bikes in stock. I said I didn’t mind waiting and asked if I could order one but I received the same reply and was told as all frames are made in China there aren’t any children’s bikes currently coming in. I then asked if he could tell me what size bike my son needs he let my son sit on a display bike for about 2 seconds then shooed him off it. I asked if I could order a bike from their web site and wait for it to be available and was told their web site has been closed down. They then showed me one child’s bike and said this is the only one available I asked what colours and they said just this one colour. I’ve just checked and their web site is not closed down so not only are they rude and unhelpful they also lie to avoid having to actually help customers. I had come ready to buy a bike with my debit card but they clearly didn’t want my custom. Not surprised to find other negative reviews on here.

Called in to view / purchase a Cube ebike, enquired about the advertised price match guarantee, details of company website to price match taken and was told they would contact me later that day once they had checked the offer with their manager, I had to call back to be told they could not price match but had not managed to speak to manager reference their best price, 5 mins later called back and told they could not get a bike or discount ( so much for price match ) and was told to buy elsewhere !!! So I did, within 10 mins I called another bike dealer in the same town, bike ordered and price matched. So onyerbike I suggest you get on yer bike, you showed no interest in supplying me a bike. I won’t enquire again
