I would never use Oodle Car Finance…
I would never use Oodle Car Finance again. I’ve put in 2 complaints about my car in the last 8 months. I’ve not had the car a year yet and I’ve had trouble, I find they’ve been so unhelpful with my complaints. I have had to get my car repaired on my own accord as i was advised it could take 8 weeks to get looked into, I had explained i had to get it repaired to work and pay them, i explained if I didn’t get my car fixed I wouldn’t have been able to pay them, they didn’t really respond to that. I need my car for commuting to work and home as no public transport would get me there, so I had to get it repaired. They would not do anything else to support me. Now as “I’ve repaired it at my own accord” I was told If i repaired it myself could potentially get a refund but weeks later no response. I rang oodle up today they used my old complaint not my new complaint and I was advised because I paid for the work myself they can’t do anything for me.
Being told so many different things by different advisors I don’t know where I’m coming or going.

I financed a car through Oodle, and it was a complete nightmare from day one.
The Issues:
Unsafe Vehicle: The car arrived with bald tyres and a major coolant leak.
Terrible Support: Oodle did not care and ignored my initial phone calls.
Delayed Pickup: I officially rejected the vehicle after 3 days. It took Oodle 2 weeks just to collect it.
Three Months of Silence: After reclaiming the car for unwinding, they did absolutely nothing for three months.
Broken Promises: I called every single day. Agents constantly promised call-backs and emails that never arrived.
Financial Theft: They refused to acknowledge my formal complaints and continued taking money from my account.
Be very careful with this company. They will take your money and abandon you if something goes wrong. Avoid them at all costs
