I have a real guarante claim for my New…

I have a real guarante claim for my New 2021 Crossland
The outside temperature light on the instrument panel is not functioning ( is without light) Opel does not accept that it is a manufacturing or design problem. They do not accept clearly that it à guarantee problem but send me back to the dealer who already stated that they can do nothing about it. From Opel client service in Pain I receive repeatedly automatic answers and they do not even answer my specific questions
