Pre sales information was clear, concise and delivered in a timely manner with no hard sell. The product arrived earlier than expected which was great, especially as we had everything ready. The team were just great, knew exactly what they were doing and got on with it in a professional manner and erected in 2 days plus a couple of hours to clean. The product itself is beautifully engineered and we can't say enough how satisfied we are all round. Thank you to everyone at OSC for a great job!

The team (2 guys) were very professional and knew what they were doing. After we discussed where the plug would go it didn't take them very long to install the awning. It looks even better than I thought it would and the wires are practically invisible. Great job.

Open Space Concepts were an absolute joy to deal with from start to finish. A special mention to Chris, Billy, and Charlotte, who are all absolute stars!

Chris spent a lot of time with me on the phone and over text making sure I was happy with the specs of my pergola and he answered any queries I had very quickly.

Billy was a really nice guy and he kept me up to date with when he would be visiting to measure.

I absolutely love my new pergola from OSC - it's the perfect space to complement our house and garden, and we can use it no matter what the weather.

We purchased a property that had a sun awning, but no means to control it's operation. Therefore we contacted the manufacturer who is based in Belgium. They in turn passed on our details to Open Space Concepts here in the UK. Through the skills, expertise and product knowledge of one man, Dave, who advised and guided us through the process to organise a remote control and successfully pair it to a now factory reset awning, we now have a fully functioning sun awning. Dave went above and beyond what we expected and therefore we have no hesitation in giving this company a fantastic five star review.

From the start of the process with guidance on how to achieve what we wanted through to an amazingly superb installation crew of just two fantastic guys, I can't praise this company enough. They delivered what they promised, slightly before the promised date and every it the perfect piece of engineering marvel I had anticipated. Cannot praise a company like this highly enough in this day and age when most companies pass off mediocrity as being enough. OSC are way above what you might expect and I am delighted with what we have from them.

This company is a con and would not trust them. I made an enquiry and received a call with a quote for £12,000 then a week later received another call told them the same information and was quoted £15,000 do not trust this company.

The reply back from this review is making me out to be a liar I got quoted two very different prices for exactly the same size dimensions so please don’t reply trying to say any different

We ordered a garden awning and were given a fair quote without any pushy sales. Communication was great throughout. The awning arrived sooner than expected, and the installation team were polite, efficient and the job done quickly. We are delighted with the product and overall great experience.

Communication with the Company re questions and placing the order was excellent and staff very polite and helpful. Fitting actually happened a day early the fitters were polite, friendly, helpful and very efficient.
Very pleased with the product and service. Certainly recommend them.

From start to finish OCS provided a first class service - from sales to surveyor and finally construction. The customer service was excellent at all stages of the process.
Their two man team who built the glass room was efficient, courteous and wholly professional. They worked solidly and tidily - checking along the way that I was happy with the process.
Finally, the glass room itself is of excellent quality - down to the beautifully engineered handles and locks. It has exceeded our expectations.
To anyone who is considering this lovely addition to their home I wholeheartedly recommend OCS.

We were more than pleased with both the end result and the installation process for our glass veranda. The finished article matches and finishes off our existing house perfectly, leaving us with patio protected from all weather We highly recommend Open Space Concepts.

We had a 75sqm glass room fitted in 2022; we now decided to add led strip lights and a small roof panel to take a wood burning stove flue as a retro-fit.

Whole company are courteous and professional, always managing expectations by being honest with the current lengthy lead times for materials. I look forward to dealing with OSC again in the future as the product and service is excellent. Keep up the good work!

Ever since making an initial enquiry with Open Space Concepts I have been left very impressed. No pushy sales team pestering you, accurate quote via phone that only changed on survey due to some changes decided by us and recommended by Billy the surveyor. The installation team of Doru and Victor was second to none. Very professional, clean and fitted to an exceptional standard especially considering the logistical problems of being on a first floor terrace. We are delighted with our Vue Grande glass room. Love our new Winsol pergola, certainly a luxurious product with nice bells and whistles. The OSC team did a great job throughout the process, including 2 site visits as requested. Delivered and commissioned as promised and no issues to date.

Great Service from OSC, friendly initial conversations, loads of advice and quotations were good, surveyor friendly and knowledgeable. Lead times, manufacturing process, explained.

Installation was completed by two friendly professional engineers. and follow up from OSC to ensure everything went well.
