Everything came as promissed. A little delay due to the fact, that the product did not pass the manual quality control at Bassol Optics, so they decided to order new pair from manufacturer, which is not a issue, because, at the end, you want a pair of sunglasses in excellent quality.

Great experience, with one issue.
Price was excellent, and delivery with UPS was always exemplary. Four stars because I sent an email 30 minutes after the order to ask for a change, and it was ignored until after the sunglasses were shipped. There is room for improvement there.

I am very disappointed with the after-sales service of Bassol Optic.
I received my order B182093 and I would like to return one pair of sunglasses. I have contacted customer service several times by email and live chat, requesting the return instructions, return address, and any required return form.
Despite my repeated requests, I have not received the necessary information to complete my return. I am worried that my return period could expire because of the lack of response from the company.
I paid for my order and I expect my consumer rights to be respected. I hope Bassol Optic will contact me and provide the return instructions as soon as possible.

My prescription was followed perfectly, and the team even asked me to send a copy of my optometrist’s prescription so they could double-check the values I had entered.
