Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. The poster I received looked nothing like the photos advertised. The print quality was blurry, the colours were dull, and the material felt incredibly cheap. It honestly looked like something printed at home on low ink.
For the price I paid, I expected something professional, but this was complete rubbish. The packaging was poor too, so the poster arrived slightly damaged. Customer service was no help whatsoever when I complained.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Our order missed items
Our order arrived, missing two shirts. After trying to reach out by email, we were prompted to use their chat box. They said they have resent the two missing t shirts, but this has now been a whole week, and I have had no update of the order, with no tracking information. Unfortunately, it is too late for my event, and they won’t arrive in time. I have tried to reach out to two email addresses, on social media, and I have no response, only to be prompted to use their chat box, which hasn’t been helpful at all. Sadly, this hasn’t been a good experience, and I won’t be using this service again.

Ordered an aluminum print
Ordered an aluminum print. Turned out nice but not what I expected. My first time ordering from Optimalprint. I've ordered metal prints from other places and they they look like pictures printed on metal. This does not, but I've been assured by a quick response from Optimalprint that it is indeed an aluminum print.
