After spending several hours on live chat and exchanging 44 emails with Roy’s team to ensure we would receive the correct HDD part in the agreed‑upon condition, the item delivered was a completely different model and even the wrong form factor. This level of inaccuracy is astonishing given the amount of communication and clarification provided.

When we contacted the seller to resolve the issue, they repeatedly attempted to substitute alternative models rather than addressing the mistake. The overall experience has been deeply disappointing, and the service received falls far below acceptable standards. This is a seller to avoid.

Ordered an NVME SSD on sale brand new for $153.34. Company sent me email stating it's out of stock and canceled my order. However, their site lists the same NVME with increased price of $248. Terrible experience.

When you purchase something and very carefully decide to choose where to spend your money. A reputable company would list everything about the product, Not Orange Hardwares! I was bait and switched after they disclosed to me that the product I had paid was OOS and also listed “New” but I was being sold and sent a Pre-Owned one. Never again. Go else where for your business.

Everything was packaged safely and the delivery was quite speedy.

Bait and switch, seller lists product on their site for one price and then claims it is no longer in stock and wants to sell another product for over double the price. That's just shady business practices.

The company states they will price match but they do not. You will get the runaround for weeks. After going back and forth for 2 weeks, they tried to sell me a new version instead of a refurbished version. When I told them I do not want the new one I want the refurbished one, they said they didn't have any. It is still on there site today which is more than a month after I asked about it. I purchased an older GPU for a personal project of mine from this site since they had the best price around for the model I was looking for. Unfortunately it arrived non-functional, and I only discovered this over two weeks after delivery due to waiting for a compatible motherboard to arrive from a private sale.

Despite reaching out to their support team over two weeks later, a replacement card was dispatched after confirming some details, next day shipping! Very happy with the outcome and professionalism in resolving my issue!

I visited Orange Hardware's website looking to purchase a Western Digital PR2100 NAS with no drives. This specific unit was important because I needed to replace a failed unit ASAP and the product was being discontinued by Western Digital.

The item I was looking for was listed as available on Orange's website for $600. After putting it in my cart and checking with their chat attendant, I learned that the item actually wasn't available but I was told a "refurbished" unit was available with 10TB drives for $800. This was 33% more than I intended to pay -- and I didn't want or need the drives -- but I opted to go ahead with the purchase.

To say I'm disappointed with what I was sent is an understatement. By most definitions refurbished means "professionally inspected, repaired, cleaned, and restored to a high standard of quality, often meeting the original manufacturer's standards for functionality and appearance." The unit I received is nowhere near "refurbished" -- it's USED. Plain and simple.

The unit was shipped in a plastic bag stuffed into an ill-fitting generic box with nothing more than the power brick. (No manual, no warrantee information, nothing). The NAS enclosure itself has at least one dent and several scratches on it. The locking mechanism that holds the internal drives in place is worn and doesn't latch firmly. The cooling fan and air vents on the enclosure were caked in dust and I had to clean them myself.

Although I didn't need the drives, their inclusion was ostensively what made the $800 price seem tolerable. But the drives themselves were also clearly used and were mismatched in brand/type. (I have to ask: how many times does a hard drive have to be installed/removed from a NAS enclosure to leave wear marks on the steel mounting rails?)

BEWARE of anything these people sell as "refurbished". They're selling used stuff and trying to pass it off as like new. If I had known better there is NO WAY I would have paid $800 dollars for a visibly used NAS. I would have been better off just shopping at Ebay.

Delivered 60 SSDs in record time. Each one performed perfectly out of the box. The speed of delivery allowed us to upgrade systems ahead of schedule without any delays. Thanks a lot, Roy!!!
