I am trying to return a dress I bought…

I am trying to return a dress I bought but you don't answer my request. I think you are trying to delay the process to make me keep the drees because the frame time for returns. The dress is beautiful, but it is big for me. I can not wear it.
Can you please send me the information to return it?
