The goods arrived in perfect condition despite being shipped across continents, although there may have been some delays.

I did not recieve my package, I got an email where it said delivered but I never got it! They don't help or contact me at all. After finally being able to contact them, they promised me to update me if they knew something. We are now a more than a month further and I still didn't hear ANYTHING! Very sad that is has to go like this.. Bad service, bad experience. I will never buy from them again, just because I don't get any help. There can go something wrong, always but not helping your clients out is something else.

Buy a air filter for my car, is been almost a month a didn't get it!
Try to contact the company 3 times and they don't respond, just ignore!
Almost 300€ spend in this shop to get nothing...
This is by far the worst experience in online shopping I ever had.

Customer service is non existent, you simply cannot get in contact, hidden fees, delivery if it suits them.

2 months deliverie time for 5 ltr oil ? I want my money back

My experience was brilliant. The only website I could find that provided my Abarth specific Motul oil that wasn't ridiculously expensive. The delivery was fast and couldn't fault them. Will be purchasing all my oil of them.

Please cancel my order # 601006574 and refund my money as soon as possible as previously discussed. Why are you scamming people?

I regret even ordering from them. I should have read the reviews here before. They are not responding on any contact.

Ordered a part for my car, but didn’t realise that, since brexit, import duties apply so I chose to not pay these and instead have the part returned. However, it’s been almost a month since I purchased this and I am still waiting on a refund. Customer service just tells me they are waiting to hear from the finance department and there is no other info from them.
Edit: Have been told I will be refunded today.

Ordered a product and they send me the completely wrong product, an item that is worth 60 euros less than what I paid!
When asked for a return coupon, I apparently have to pay returns myself because I don't live in France.
I send them a message to explain and demand a correct refund for their mistake, and they just send me a 20% discount code "for my next order" (code is only valid for 3 weeks lol) and think it's all solved.
I don't want to order anything from your store because I don't need anything else, I want either my correct product or my money back.

Bought some items via the renault store, I'm due around £250 of refunds and it is impossible to get amy response for around 3 months of trying.

I am in the UK and bought apparel from them months ago and still not received it!!!!! Nobody comes back to me online. I have emails dozens of times and was told the delivery is on its way..... nothing had arrived and they don't reply to emails. What do I do?????
