Absolutely Dreadful Customer Service from Orima

I am extremely disappointed with Orima’s lack of customer service. My appliance, which is still under warranty, has failed twice in the last six months, leaving my family without a functioning kitchen. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, their technician has been completely unresponsive, offering no updates, no communication, and no sense of urgency.

For a company that provides essential household appliances, this level of service is appalling and shows a complete lack of respect for customers—especially families with children who rely on their appliances to cook. I expected far better from a so called reputable brand, but Orima has failed miserably.

If you value reliability and decent customer support, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Avoid Orima at all costs!**

Recently my fridge freezer was repaired quickly and efficiently despite not having purchase details. Orima accepted that the purchase contract for my apartment was sufficient. The repair was fast and efficient and the staff were very helpful...
