Worst worst worst service ever, how can someone delay a product for more than 1 month. They are not at all professionals they don't receive the calls, the don't even reply to the mails even though head persons are in CC, the worst part is like they will say like we are inable to use the mail because password has been changed 🤣🤣
It has been 11 days since I placed an order for my products and even after repeated requests for an update on the status these people do not have a proper customer support team to handle these issues. I would not recommend shopping on their official site. Maybe their products might be good but what good is it if you fail to deliver the things on time.
