I find your products pretty, of good quality, and comfortable. The short caftans are lovely, but I find the neckline too small. Maybe they should have a V-neck style; it would be so much more comfortable.

Customer service is quite poor. I emailed 3 times before getting an unsatisfactory response. I asked for the 10% discount for 1st orders. It would be a whopping $7.80! They refused to do it because the order was already placed.

I love these caftans; I now own several different types, but the Classics are my all time faves. Easy to wear, easy to wash, no ironing necessary, creasefree. I receive loads of lovely comments when wearing them. One size fits all - dress them up with a belt and heels, keep them simple and loose for the beach with flipflops. Cool, comfortable and stylish.

I really wanted to like these. Ordered 3 as there was an offer but 2 get one extra.

So I cancelled my order and got a refund
Today a parcel arrived with 2 Caftans, not 3 and one has a hole in it!!!
It appears the company is chaotic

Attractive and comfortable. Enjoy wearing. Price is fair.delivery service is acceptable however too slow if I need for an occasion.

Ordered 3 they don’t fit across the bust unable to return them! Send emails and pictures as requested and then more emails and nothing! Free returns and no problem if unhappy with product is far from true! Definitely don’t recommend this site !

Caftan arrived, but was not suitable so want to send it back, however the returns policy is terrible, have been waiting 2 weeks for an address to send it back. Not good enough.

If I could give them a zero, I would!!! Their caftans do not fit well on my large frame. I've repeatedly asked them for return directions to NO AVAIL!! A week ago, I was finally told that it might take a week! Since when can you not return an item immediately if you're not satisfied with it?? It's now been over a week and I've had zero response! Even though their website says you can return items within 30 days, they seem to not want to allow me to do this! Buyer beware!!! I'll never deal with them again!

I've finally received my refund and they've told me that I don't need to return the caftans, so I'm giving them to someone who can wear them. I can't! But, what a hassle this has been. Anyway, I've upgraded them to 2 stars from one...

Absolutely awful return process. Have been trying to return/get a refund for six weeks. Zero communication. Will not buy from them again!

Love my caftans so much i ordered 3 more . The colours & designs are really vibrant & beautiful . Very comfortable to wear & they look so Elegant on , I receive a lot of compliments when i wear them 🤗

I love your product and have bought four of them - it would be nice if the sleeve area was a little longer but I still enjoy them. The patterns and colours are lovely. They wash well in the machine and dry beautifully in the dryer. Hard to ask for more!! I hope they will still be around to purchase closer to Xmas shopping time.

They start off looking lovely but after a few washes they start to rip. Also they are made in China .

To large for me I ask Small, but you sent me one size. I give it to a friend

I waited a long time for my order - three caftans.
The smell of them is terrible- unwearable. They are really cheaply made with skimpy poor craftsmanship. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Fabric is very thin. The cut is awkward.

Love the product. The quality and the selection are amazing. (Have placed 3 orders)but never did get a confirmation email regarding my last order or an order number. Fortunately my third order did arrive. Also, I can no longer see the English version of your website. When I open the website, it is in French.

The delivery was fast. The carcass are beautiful and I will buy more in the future.

I own three long Caftan and four short caftan. I love them all. Every time I wear one I get compliments. People want to touch the material.
The quality is superior. Very well made. I wash mine on gentle in cold water and hang to dry. I use a little steamer on them.

Be warned, although you may eventually receive items purchased from this company, it can be a very long, drawn out process. I would say communication is shit, but it really doesn't exist at all. Two weeks after processing the purchase and taking my money I still have no confirmation of purchase, no tracking information, and no idea if I will ever receive my goods. I have emailed, TWICE, no answer. I have now reported them to Paypal, so we'll see how that goes.
