Superb customer service
I didn’t buy my bike direct from Orro but got it from another supplier from the south coast last year. I emailed Orro directly regarding an issue with my saddle, I immediately got a response requesting a photo of said saddle. When I finally got around to email the photo through, I received a brand new replacement in a couple days.
Their response and customer service has been second to none, I am really enjoying riding their gravel and may look at coming back to buy a road bike in the future - if funds (and wife) permits!

Having bought a Venturi STC I needed a spare part, it's listed on their website but out of stock. I emailed a couple of times to ask them about it and if it will be available again, but didn't receive a reply.
The functionality to send a message through the website is broken and there's no contact number. All the signs of a company that doesn't really exist since they went into and out of administration.
Poor support
I ordered a bike and it was delivered in good time, however it had a brake fault and I was told to take it to a bike repairer, no offer to pay and very poor communication or no communication for days then you have to wait as there is no contact number! I then requested a refund and the bike was collected but guess what no contact and no refund since then, I have bought one in the past and it was brilliant which is why I bought another one but unfortunately they have obviously changed and are no longer the company that they were!

I’m not one for writing views, good or bad, but I have to say I have now purchased two bikes from Orro, and each time they've delivered.
My first purchase was just before lockdown, and I recently upgraded, and now the sun is shining, and I can enjoy it properly.
The service received from Adam was amazing from start to finish, they even threw in some little goodies, nice touch guys.
I hope you continue to push out more quality bikes for us to enjoy.
Problem dealt with promptly.
I had some cracking around the thru axel on my Terra C. Although it was out of warranty and the factory did not see it as a failure. Although the initial reply needed chasing, Adam at ORRO managed to get the problem sorted for me and was nothing but helpful.
This is why I buy from the UK, I am not so sure it would have been as easy to sort direct from a (far east) factory.
Scam behaviour.
Ordered a derailleur hanger got an automated email and that was it no other contact about my order. I waited for it for a full month before trying to contact them, still no response to my email asking for any information on the product I bought. They do not answer on social media.
If they don't function anymore they should take down their website otherwise they are just scaming people.

I purchased an Orro Venturi Tri (Ultegra) last year. This weekend I raced a 70.3 on it. I have to say, this was an exception ride, although I have trained plenty on it, to put it through its paces in race conditions was awesome.
I can't recommend the bike / Orro enough.
Furthermore, and I've had many bikes over the years, on racking the bike pre event, two Marshalls, both separately stopped me to chat about "Orro" and the bikes. Both commented on how superbly built Orro bikes are, having owned / owning one.
Just worth a mention!!

They're a proper FRAUD !!
The website lets you order some items .... while they are under administration and they know you'll never get your money back, only replies I had were that they would try to sent the articles asap, since November 24... I never received anything. They do take your money while knowing you'll never have your order or refund !!!! I'm shocked this is even legal in the UK !!!

Orro terra g 105 Gravel Bike
I purchased an Orro terra g 105 gravel bike in December 2023.
I owned a road bike before, I find the orro much more comfortable than my previous road bike to ride.
The geometry is perfect for long rides and the bike is so forgiving on our rough roads.The bike came assembled, all I had to do was fit the seat and align the handlebars.
I consider the bike to be excellent value for money, with orro offering very good customer service and the bike was delivered on time. High recommended.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Ordered socks in February and still not received the order. No response from Orro to many emails and messages sent online and no one answers the phone. Don't know how Orro thinks it's acceptable to take someone's money and not deliver the order.

You’ve made a 66 yr old woman very happy with her new Orro Terra X gravel bike courtesy of the excellent Mark at Crown Cycles, Twickenham. My wife took delivery of her new Orro Terra X bike yesterday and absolutely loves its combination of stability, sure handling, but also speed. How you’ve done that all in one bike, I don’t know, but she is delighted with the bike. This is a woman who owns a road bike, an e bike, a touring bike, an MTB and half a tandem - but the Orro is the only bike she wants to ride now. So, again, thank you and well done, you’ve made a pensioner very happy. And, at a time when many people our age are taking it easy, Gravel Granny is born! It just shows, it’s never too late to have fun!

It looks like other people have had the same issue with Orro. This is a really big shame as the bike I have is really good, and I think a reasonable price for the spec.
I needed to change my frame as I had ordered the wrong one from another supplier (long story). Initially the Orro sales guy was very helpful, stating that I could buy a new frame and they would then rebuild for me, I would then have the 'old' frame to sell on to help cover some of the costs. They sent me a box and I sent the bike to them. They duly rebuilt and sent it back with the 'old' frame, like I said I'm very happy to this point. The problem comes with what should have been included with the frame. The quote stated that the frame would be supplied with axles and headset. These were not delivered, so I contacted the sales guy, who stated that he would have them delivered and that the mechanics must have missed them. After a week of waiting I emailed again, no response. Tried calling, no response. I've now had to lodge a dispute with my credit card company to retrieve that portion of the costs. Really disappointing, should not have come to this. It means that I'm unlikely to buy from them again, and will probably stick to bigger names.
Update on this review.
After someone at Orro had read this review they contacted me and arranged delivery of the missing parts.
Certainly a good outcome, but a shame that I had to leave this review to get it.
It obviously depends on who you talk to at Orro, there are some good ones there.
Big up to Trustpilot though.
Brilliant bike. Great aftercare
Brilliant bike - I have the new Signature Venturi STC. It’s light, fast and comfortable and best thing it’s made in the UK. And it looks amazing.
I didn’t buy it directly from ORRO but whenever I’ve had a question the team has been quick to respond and clear in their communications. Perfect example of a great little British company, we should all be buying from and supporting.
Non-existent customer service
Ordered a groupset, online said it was due in 2 weeks, called to confirm, another week added.
Decided to go with a different company who had it in stock, called to cancel order but hasn't been done in over 2 weeks now.
Still waiting on order to be cancelled and refunded, similar to others no response from their email and very hard to get someone on the phone.
