The Team at orsett Hall are really helpful. When we were hit with the Pandemi, Orsett hall, made everything so much easier on us. They were helpful with moving dates.
Not only that, the venue itself is beautiful, I'm looking forward to the wedding photos!

WEDDING NIGHTMARE
I have had the worst experience with this venue. My wedding was rearranged due to covid last year to April this year for around 400 guests, due to the government guidance we can no longer have this many guests. The manager has repeatedly refused a refund! According to the CMA this is unlawful and the venue have to refund us. DO NOT USE THIS VENUE! I am now using lawyer to try and get my money back but they still don’t seem to care! It’s absolutely DISGUSTING the way they have behaved. They are completely aware of the CMA guidance but just don’t care. A place like this should be shut down! To ALL future couples, please AVOID this venue! Weddings are already stressful to plan - you don’t need this extra stress for your big day!

Perfect, as before.
After having my daughter and now son-in-law's wedding at Orsett on New Years Eve 2019, myself and my daughter went back there for afternoon tea on Saturday 10th Oct.2020, for a revisit, after we had such a wonderful wedding there. Again Orsett Hall was perfect. I was a little apprehensive but all safe distancing rules in place, all hygiene rules and standards were as they should be. Staff were polite and kept at a safe distance. Food was perfect. A*****. Thank you to all at Orsett Hall.

WOW! Beautiful Venue however the most AWE FULL and TERRIBLE customer service imaginable. If your thinking about booking an EVENT/WEDDING DO NOT DO IT! Due to covid 19 they could not hold our wedding reception on May 31st. The DIRECTORS and GENERAL MANAGER have after repeated requests REFUSED TO REFUND our money. They cannot provide the service of 250 people attending a function and yet will not refund. DO NOT GET TRAPPED! They have held our money since May 2020 up until now. This has caused me and my partner untold ALARM and DISTRESS during these troubles times. They will hold onto your money until they think they can hold your event!? which could be next year or the year after, This is unlawful as said by CMA guidelines. Now we have to take legal action to get our money back which is more stress and making me ill. ORSETT HALL have made me SICK to my STOMACH , STAY AWAY!!!!!!
