I have never received my PCR test and have been asking for a refund for 4 months. I sent emails and called several times but still nothing. I know the package was marked as "delivered" but I didn't receive anything. I have thus never sent back the test for analysis and never received any result. A partial refund would have been the minimum...

6 days waiting for PCR day 2 and still counting. Really bad. I called them and they just blame to Roya Mail. I did my pre departure test with Collinson and I got the results in less of 24 hours. I regretted it haven’t done my PCR 2 days with them, just because they charge a bit more money what a bad decision to choose Oscartech. Spent a bit more with other companies and avoid headaches.

I've ordered the pcr day 2 kit test for my return to Scotland after Christmas holidays.
I've placed the order on the 22nd of December and received the kit at home on the day of my arrival on the 29th of December.
The instructions were clear, you are required to register the kit online before taking it. If you don't have Internet access to register the kit you will have to fill in a lab form (you will find it in the kit) and send it back with the sample.
I took the test on the 30th of December and got the results on the 1st of January. Considering it was right in the middle of New Year's I am impressed with the speed of the process, very happy and I would totally recommend this company for pcr day 2 test.

Excellent service, received my results in less than 24hrs I know other companies have been taking well over a week for Day 2 PCR results.

Used them three times now within 3 weeks.
1 predeparture Antigen on site with result in 15 mins.
1 Day 2 Antigen. Booked day before travel, got reference Immediately. Got the Kit on Day 1. Test on Day 2, got email confirmation by midnight.
3 Day 2 PCR Test. Booked day before Travel, got reference immediately. Sample taken onsite on Day 1 and result back in 24 hours.

Excellent service and would recommend them.
Price is a few £s more but was worth it.

Ordered and paid for my day 2 test but received an error message and no confirmation email and most importantly no reference number for travelling. I tried to contact them with no luck and so ordered from different company. Oscar tech then charged me twice (again no email or ref number, no evidence of order having gone through) and refused to refund me because they’d shipped the tests!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable and I would not recommend.

Great service from 1st contact to test results . Really difficult to chose a company from the lists provided especially with all the negative comments on media etc and the varying prices. Lucky for us we picked Oscar tech, reasonable price, ordered on line in the Canaries 2 days before coming home, pack arrived at our home in the UK before we did, test easy to use good clear instructions easy to post back everything provided,posted Fri eve results back on Saturday eve the other Sunday .
Will definitely use them again should the need arise.

No booking reference email received and no service on Sunday. Utterly useless. They always fail to issue emails

It is the third time I use Oscar Tech and everytime they get better. The personal service for a large city like London is unprecedented. They always answer the phone and they will do everything possible to achieve the important dates. Yes... they may be a day late on getting your day 2 results back... however with the day 5 option they will do everything they can to get this back to you on same day. This has happened to me twice, which means that you can plan ahead.

Kits arrived in time despite making booking on last minute. Impressive service

The test kits arrived on time to the specified
address. However, test kit for day 8 did not
have a return address label. I reported this
and received an e-mail with a label
attached but was unable to print it.
So, the day-8 test was never used and was
a waste of money. I wish I could have
given a five-star rating.

Used twice for pcr on return from Amber ointries, very efficient delivery and dispatch, no problems with results after testing, on time, no waiting for days, test results for eighth day received in plenty of time. Will use again

Day 2 and Day 8 test delivered on time and fast results.

I used Oscartech uk on 2 occasions first one for fit to fly and the second for Test to release , results were returned within 24hrs .

From the myriad of providers of PCR testing my brother helped me to select OscarTech. It was straightforward to book the tests we needed and the cost was competitive. We received appropriate confirmation and reference of our purchase. I had to amend a small detail so had to send an email and that was dealt with in a timely manner.

Our tests were delivered in good time with clear instructions.
