Misleading product, wrong files delivered, no support helpful support
I purchased a MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Expert Advisor from OSFX Global after being assured I would receive the correct MT5 files with instant delivery.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing:
The product was not delivered instantly as advertised
After repeated follow-ups, I eventually received files — but these were for MT4, not MT5 as promised
The files provided do not work at all
I was told to contact support, but I have not be assited correctly, the support team replies once every 30 hours with the reply in most cases no help at all.
The seller/Owner has since stopped communicating
Before purchasing, I was also given very strong performance claims and access to a MT5 account with an active running EA
Based on my experience, this appears to be a case of misrepresentation and poor business practices.
I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before purchasing from this company,
I am currently pursuing a refund through my bank and have reported the matter to the relevant authorities.
If the company resolves this matter and issues a full refund or a product that actually works as promised and advertised, I will update this review accordingly.
