Ottocast play 2video X
I ordered the newest otto cast play2video x. I drive a 2023 Volkswagen Taos the device suffers disconnects and during audio playback sometimes it sounds scratchy :(. I like that I have the ability to watch Netflix and so on but the disconnecting and sometimes not reconnecting to Android auto is kind of a bummer .

Purchased the Play 2 Video
Purchased the Play 2 Video. Took a few days to get updated shipping info, but I called in and it was handled within 24 hours. Turns out my address was a little off.
From there, the staff corresponded with emails updating me along the way. From the day they shipped, I had it in 48 hours. So far the product is working as it should. Still have to play around with it and get more use out of it before I can honestly determine if the product is worth the money. The way customer support handled my issue was very prompt and professional. So, that alone is worth the review

We like Ottocast products. They work well. When we needed support from Customer Service they were very helpful. It was all by email but they took care of us. Would buy from them again.

Car play not simple enough
Took way to long to arrive. There is no pre set car play option. You have the CarPlay button so small inside your UX screen that it makes it dangerous trying to press it to get to car play. The car play should start automatically or option for it to do that. At the very least the ability to make the app button 10x larger like you do with the Netflix and other streaming apps. Please fix this !!! It’s be safe

It was working with my 2019 Navigator
It was working with my 2019 Navigator, but it won't work with my 2013 F-150 and my 2015 Ford Edge. If this device works with my 2 cars, I could buy it for more.
