If ever you deliver my order, I will write my appreciation

Recently got a new car and wanted to keep it as cable free as possible. I had seen others posting about OttoCast adapters and decided to take the plunge. Turns out I was right to do so, it was easy to set up and now I don’t have to worry about plugging my iPhone in to the car. The OttoCast Mini Cube just plugs in to the USB-C port on the console and every time I get in the car it reconnects to my iPhone and CarPlay is ready to use. Great little gadget. Would highly recommend.

Delivered to airport and has not moved in 11 days. Cannot write anything about product as I have not received anything after 14 days. Have left 3 separate messages over several days and receive the same AI response "on weekend, limlted email contact, reply when we are in office". (good long weekend), Aust website but no office exists. Are you genuine?

Don’t be fooled by the professional marketing. I ordered weeks ago and tracking shows only the day it was shipped. Stuck in China ever since! Wouldn’t have ordered if I’d realised it was coming from China. No communication and no hope of ever receiving!!

Great product great delivery and haven't had an issue yet

Well they want me to review a product already and I haven't even received it yet. Ordered on the 20th and the only tracking I have is it was "shipped" in China somewhere. No updates since the 23rd.

I'd like to be able to review the product - but I've been waiting almost 2 weeks since ordering, and the tracking indicates its still somewhere in China with no indication as to when it will arrive. Not exactly a great experience so far. Happy to revise if/when I ever actually receive the product

Ottocast give the impression that they have a local distribution service. They don’t. Items are shipped from China. You only find this out after payment. The tracking information I have received just throws up errors so I don’t know whether my Mini Cube is in transit or lost. Company communication isn’t good. I’m awaiting a response regarding tracking. All in all I think I’ve wasted my money. I would advise others to steer clear.

I cannot review the product as I am still waiting to receive it. I have sent an email to the support email address asking for an update but am still waiting for a reply. The tracking number you emailed me says it is still sitting in China since 23/09. We are now on 03/10. All I want is my order.

Chinese customer service very bad never got my item!!

I place my order on September 23rd 2025 and they still have not shoped my order. Not sure if they will ever ship it.

I placed my order back on 09/15/25 and well the item was kind of in back order but I was aware of it. However the logistics to get my item delivered is more than terrible. If I was notified it was coming from China I wouldn’t order it. Today 10/01/25 I am still waiting for my item and who knows how much longer it will take to get it delivered to me. Customers place order to enjoy their items not to get concerned when they would be delivered. Regardless how good the product would be, the logistics to deliver make the reviews to drop to the ground. Hopefully this is reviewed and corrected otherwise sales will drop for sure. Good luck! Still I will write a performance review once I get my item.

The ottocast mini is great, it's small enough not to get in the way, it looks stylish and it works perfectly. I recommend this product.

It was exactly as described and worked smoothly. The first installation took only a few minutes. Excellent value for money. It would have been much quicker to receive it if it could have been shipped directly from the UK.

The item was shipped, come to find out direct from China and thru multiple shipping agencies. Which in todays market isn't that uncommon. Only to get to my be see that when i continued to track the item that the USPS has notified me that that item will not be delivered until payment from shipper is received. When I reached out to "customer service" they told me to be patient and that shipping can be sometimes delayed by weather an other unavoidable circumstance's. My item had been at the local USPS for 4 days, 5 miles away. By the time they did respond it was almost 2 weeks after the items had arrived at the post office.. Its been another week since then, and i have opened a dispute with my credit card company..

This product has really transformed by car play experience and has made everything much easier being wireless. The shopping process was simple and the product was plug and play and very easy to use. the device connects to my phone automatically automating the whole process.

My Mini Cube 3.0 Wireless Car Adaptor device was easy to order and arrived promptly. Couldn't wait to install which was a breeze and worked perfectly. Verfy happy with this product from Ottocast. This is truly a well engineered plug and play device.

I love there products I have a few of them now but their latest one is so small and easy to use that you will not even notice it in you car

The idea of wireless connection for my Android Auto connection intrigued me as I have sometimes lost connection when using the USB cable. So I purchased the Ottocast Mini Cube. It worked straight away when plugged into my Hyundai Ioniq USB port and selected in Bluetooth. No messy set up needed. No software upgrade needed at this time. Now I can access Android Auto at any time without a cable.
