I used to come here until I tried Taxas Road House in Yakima. What brought me back is a TV commercial. Came in to order what I saw on the commercial.... They said We don't follow those commercials. Waitress was good but the steak was good but under cooked. Chicken was great. Then I caught them over charging me for the listed price. I think I'll go back to Taxas.

The cook touched my food with his dirty finger, and the manager defended him. I will never ever go back to this dirty restaurant again! This was the restaurant at the West Des Moines, Iowa location

A Friend and I went to Outback for dinner. Eat in dinner was fine. We were offered another dinner as a Takehome Dinner for $10. Upon opening this "dinner", it was a large bowl of spicy Mac & Cheese, with a small piece of chicken. I took mine back and got no satisfaction, Told them it belongs in their Garbage!

The wait staff were all very friendly and efficient. The food, however, was terrible. I ordered the best cut of steak, the filet, and for some reason the chef decided to cut it open! I took one bite and that was it. Cold! Ordered medium rare and it looked closer to medium well. The broccoli, while plentiful, was just broccoli. My husband’s shrimp on the barbie came sans the remoulade sauce. The shrimp wasn’t as cold as the filet, but it wasn’t hot either. The salads were huge, as were the pieces of lettuce….too big to put in most mouths. All in all, a very dissatisfying experience.

Ordered a Ribeye and for how expensive it was, I was surprised how gristly it was. Their food used to be good and reasonably priced, but I gave them one more chance and was disappointed at the high cost and low quality. No more Outback for us.

Ordered two meals online to be picked up by me. Waited 45minutes, they said all the orders will come out together & my order came out with all the Uber orders & was barely warm when I got home & had to microwave it. It wasn’t even warm enough to melt the Parmesan on top. So it was sitting there waiting till all the other orders were ready & came out with them. To say I’m pissed off would be putting it very mildly.

OB has the best ranch dressing around, but I wish they would use higher-quality lettuce with better nutritional value to match.

The tiniest portions for exorbitant prices. A location in Ohio. Most of all restaurants are a rip off now to dine in and take out, especially steakhouses. By the way I only ordered take out with a gift card I was given for my birthday otherwise I would never be able to enjoy these extremely expensive bird portions of food knowing they just took all that money from me to get nothing. One food was a shrimp appetizer with 6 or 7 shrimps for the lunch special pricing of $15.98, $2 off. Yippie! Restaurants are a joke now they'll never have booming business again as long as they do this to people. The shrimp I cook for my whole family is a fraction of that price for the amount we get & I cook it better than the restaurants.

So my family and I came to Outback for lunch. There were very little customers (like 10 customers including us) so we thought it would be quick. But no. Our server took their time and didn’t get our order right. But the food was alright at least.

I bought it at the Outback Steak House 1067 Oud Country Road, Long Island NY. Terrible food, it arrived cold, the meat was very small and tough, the asparagus was overcooked, little food for the price $31.66, the juice was bad. Unfortunately I don't want to buy from you anymore.

Went there for dinner tonight for my Birthday. I was a little taken back about how empty the parking lot was. But we did go at 4pm, a little early for dinner. We were at the Clearwater location in Arizona. The hostess at the door took a few minutes to seat us which was not a problem but she had a ring or two on every finger. In a restaurant setting that looks unsanitary. I can't imagine the bacteria running around under those rings. Nevertheless, while looking over the menu, the waitress asked if we wanted to start with something to drink. Normal, but she didn't bring us our drinks until she was ready to take our order. To me that was where the dinner went down hill fast!! So the waitress comes back with our drinks and take our order. As I'm ordering, she ask what sides I'd like to go with my meal. I asked, where are the sides on the menu and she flicks the page of my menu with the butt of her pen to flip the page!!! I thought that was really rude but I didn't say anything and just kept on ordering. We waited a substantial amount of time for our food, which crossed my mind how long it was taking. When we finally got our food it was not even anywhere near a hot meal. The food was cold and the steak was tuff!! Ribeye steak is not suppose to be tuff!!! I could barely eat it. My husband's steak was tuff too. We again said nothing. We just started eating our meal when our waitress brings us the check!! We had just started eating. Then, 10 minutes later, we were still eating our meal, the waitress came back to get the bill and assumed we put money in the pouch!! We were still EATING!!!! I have never had a more dissatisfying meal or experience at a restaurant before. Also, I like tartar sauce with my shrimp and (wait for it) they didn't have any!!!! After I came home I had to read the reviews, which I should have done before we went there but the Outback is suppose to be a very good restaurant. My steak and shrimp plate was a $40 dollar meal for heaven sake!!! If so many people are saying that the steak is bad then why don't they change vendors!! I am very disappointed with this establishment and now know why the parking lot was so empty. That's another thing there were barley 10 customers in the place. You think service would have been better. Where I was sitting there was a camera overhead. That waitress needs to rewind that film and watch herself wait on people cause she could use a course or two on customer service!!! Never, never, never will I go there again and will Not recommend to ANYONE!!!!

We got a takeout order on Mother's Day from the Outback Restaurant in WS. NC. The Food was cold. Both Steaks were Burnt. The Fries had Cheese on Them. That we did not asked for. I called to get the time for a takeout order. The first time the lady said 1 hour. 5 minutes later she said 2 hours. When I called back to place the order. It took about 50 minutes. I ordered 2 half sweet half unsweetened Teas. They were left out. Had to go back to get them. The lady gave me 2 All Sweet Teas. You could hardly Drink Them. A Very Disappointing Mother's Day Meal to go. Cold Food. And 2 All Sweet Teas.

This location is Union ave in Memphis TN. I place a order to pick up and as I was waiting curbside a young lady came out and told me that they made a mistake and give my order to someone else and told me it will be 15 mins more, And have to say this much she communicated with me and then the lead person her name is Adriana she came out being very professional and a great altitude, the service was great. I am so amaze at Adriana.

Went to Outback N. Palm Beach Fl.
Service was excellent. Lobster was great. The steak and baked potato not so good. I ordered medium for the steak. The outside was good. The inside was raw. More than 1/2 the steak was raw. The baked potato was not cooked. I guess I will keep on trying to find a good steak and a baked potato.

The service at Outback Steakhouse was excellent. Unfortunately all the meat and soup were the problem.
They must use A LOT of salt to preserve the food because that is what it was like -Eating salt meat or salt soup. The only thing edible was the salad!

Went with a party of 12. Restaurant half empty. Manager a “Putz” could not serve group.

Entire group left. No one will go back.

Former Outback very good, present manager nasty and chain should terminate

Manager did not care. Looking at other reviews this is a common occurrence, people go and assume it will measure up to other Outback restaurants it did not.

When group walked out manager did not say a word. He should have sat us as restaurant half empty, offered an appetizer or soda. Instead left a group of senior citizens standing many with canes or walking assistance devices . No one in group will go back.

Be warned

I want to commend McKenzie at Harbison. She was so professional and so sweet and caring. She made sure I got wgatvI asked for. The cooks usually don't like to burn my chicken and bacon but its only way I can eat it. But McKenzie is new and she's simply one of the best ever!!!!! Be good to her..
