Very rushed experience food was brought to us practically on top of each other service not so great! Dinner plates still on the table desert brought out. App on the table salad brought out. Had to ask for another drink asked for extra butter for potato waiting and waiting just ate it without. I had a $100.00 gift card not happy with the experience at all. I also sent an email and to date I have not received a second response. Not Happy!

Sharnie was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived, making us feel welcome and comfortable. She was attentive and warm throughout our meal, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Even after we finished, she continued to be just as kind and hospitable. Excellent service!

Had lunch at the North Myrtle Beach location. Our waitress was Ilene and she was fantastic. very friendly and the service was promt.

 I have had so many problems with my local Outback. If you buy a gift card from them and they give you the bonus gift cards, you can only use one at your table per trip, so if you have a friend that brings one they can’t use theirs. If they have a special like a free awesome blossom then you can’t use the bonus gift cards either. At my local outback the food is hit or miss. Mostly miss. I find the shrimp is good, and the salmon is good. The chicken is usually overdone and too much sauce and cheese. The steak has consistently been filled with gristle and overcooked and basically inedible. The past four times I’ve ordered steak. I’ve had to send it back and by the time I get another steak, it’s too late to eat it and I have to take it home. I end up giving it to my dog as still is full of gristle. If I pay with cash, the waitress keeps the coin change without asking. Silverware is mostly always dirty. some of the waitresses are not “hygienically suited to their job”. I have been to other outbacks that are excellent, but this is the only one in my area and far below the mark of quality. Complaining to corporate does not help as they just send the complaint to the local manager, and then he tries to justify his stores failings and acts as if I’m being unreasonable. Once I use the gift cards I have left. I will not go back. Such a disappointment, especially for the price point.

Took the family on 02/22/25 to Outback in Crofton MD. It was very disappointment.
All the steak orders were either greasy or very dry.
The order of Blooming Onions was salty and not well done. We have been to Several Outback restaurants in in the Del,Md,Va area. The one in Crofton Md is on the bottom of our list

February 18, 2025 we were a group of 7 for lunch at Outback, San Marcos, TX. Piper was our waitress and she was phenomenal. So patient and attentive with our group of "mature" ladies. We will definitely ask for her next time we lunch at Outback!

We dinned last night at the Outback Steakhouse in Universal City, TX. The server was either new or completely clueless. One of our group of 4 ordered fried shrimp with French fries and received the appetizer and didn't
get the French fries until after all other orders were served. Another ordered the grilled shrimp which arrived under cooked, I ordered the 6oz filet med rare received it medium and completely tasteless. There was also bread plates put on our table, however we got the bread after it was pointed out we never got it, the server brought it in a togo box and said we could take it with us. When our check arrived we were charged for 2 items the other couple ordered. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location.

If you're looking for a fancy, high-end steakhouse where they massage the cows and play classical music for the potatoes, Outback ain't it. But if you want a solid, delicious meal without having to sell a kidney, this place is a ripper choice! I used to go to Outback a many moons ago, but have not been to an Outback since I moved to Texas 15 years ago.

I stopped by the Outback Steakhouse in Allen with my daughter, and we had a feast fit for a couple of hungry rugby players. I ordered the filet with broccoli and a loaded potato, and she had shrimp--well, she ordered shrimp, but she also helped herself to a chunk of my steak like a true apex predator. Can't blame her, though--it was cooked to perfection, tender enough that I half expected it to thank me for eating it.

The shrimp? Apparently, it was so good my daughter considered ordering another round, or possibly moving to Australia to live among the prawns. The service was top-notch too--friendly, fast, and no one called me "mate" ironically.

Look, this isn't some hoity-toity steakhouse where you have to pretend to know what a "béarnaise reduction" is, but it is a fantastic spot for a quick, delicious meal that won't disappoint. So if you're in the mood for steak, shrimp, and a good time without all the fuss, throw another filet on the barbie and head to Outback. You won't regret it! The bathrooms were clean, the people are delightful, and you will have a great meal. And if you have room after your steak, you must try the dessert "Chocolate Thunder from Down Under".

1st the hostess did not greet us nor smile, just said 3? and seated us. Waitress Elizabeth was phenomenal big smile and personality. She was right on top of drinks, bread and our order. TO start witht the service my family received was very unprofessional. the waitress that waited on us seemed more interested in talking to other customers than making sure we received service. When our steaks arrived at our tabel it wasn't hard too tell they had been done for a while and then warmed over and served to us. We waited over a hour to eat our meal. $140.00 is a lot of money to spend to receive that kind of service. What made us go to outback was a advertised $14.99 special,however we were told we couldn't get the special because it was Valentines day. ???
We will not repeat this again.

The food was mediocre at best. The service was good but for 250 dollars for 4 the food was not good. Prime rib looked red on outside but it was dry and overcooked. The ribeye was completely fat couldn't take a bite without a mouthful of fat. just saying haven't been to an outback in years and it will be years before I return

My name is Michal Crumity and I'm a US Disabled Veteran and i had a bad experience at the outback steakhouse in Wesley Chapel whose address is 5710 Oakley boulevard, Wesley Chapel Florida, 33543 also, whose store number is 1029. and that bad experience went like this. I called the Outback Steakhouse restaurant at this address to place an order They got my order Wrong and I had to Sit out They're at the takeout section While outback steakhouse got my order right The customer service waitress that came out to give me my order was rude to me and all of this misunderstanding was Outback, steakhouse fault in the first place and while outside at Outback Steakhouse Take out section I mentioned to the waitress that came out To bring me my order That I would like to Have two small styrofoam cups of ranch sauce to put on my big salad that Outback Steakhouse know they have and the waitress said that she could only give me one Small styrofoam cup of ranch sauce for my salad and anything other than that She would have to charge me more money and i know if I ate inside the restaurant I could use as much sauce as I needed for my salad that Outback Steakhouse have and I was like you mean to say I spent over twenty dollars for a Steak meal an Outback Steakhouse can't give me 2 smalls styrofoam cups of ranch sauce for my salad, when any other steak restaurant that I go to always be happy to give me as much ranch sauce I need without a issue for my salad that I get from that particular restaurant. So this was just an outback situation thing, trying to squeeze more money out of me because I wasn't eating in the Outback Steakhouse restaurant, because places like Texas Roadhouse grill Always treat me or anybody else that come to their restaurant like a king or Queen. And as I was complaining to the manager Sharon who came to try to fix the situation, my food was getting cold when all I should have had to do was go up there To Outback Steakhouse and get my food, get my 2 small Styrofoam cups of ranch sauce and be on my way and when the manager Sharon finally got everything, straightened out my food was cold and at that point I didn't want to waste any more time exchanging It so I just left and said I wish I had of took a little extra time and just went to Texas Roadhouse grill in the first place where I know that they wouldn't have complained about 2 small Styrofoam cups that I needed it for my big salad, but that just shows you how some petty restaurants can be. And this was on Super Bowl Sunday, so I didn't really want to waste a lot of time complaining about 2 small cups of Styrofoam Sauces that I needed for my big salad. So yeah, people if you're on a special day like the Super Bowl and you don't want to waste any time about petty stuff just go to another steak restaurant that you know won't waste your time about petty situations and will just get you on your way like the Texas Roadhouse grill where you will be treated like a king or Queen and get what you need for your order at hand. and not to mention.I looked on Google because of this specific situation about who people Prefer to go to
and eat when it comes to Outback Steakhouse or Texas Roadhouse grill and Google itself said more people prefer Texas Roadhouse grill because the stakes are better and the roles are made fresh at Texas Roadhouse grill. So yes, If i had the chance to do it all over again People I would've just went to Texas Roadhouse grill and not went to a place that was petty with Attitude for something that Outback, steakhous got wrong when It came to my order.

My boyfriend and I at ate the Outback Steakhouse in O’Fallon, MO today and had a great meal. Our server was Chaz and he was awesome!!! Polite, efficient, attentive and an all around nice young man. It was great to have this kind of service as unfortunately, it’s hard to come by these days. I will definitely ask that he be our server on our next visit.

I went to outback on 2/1/25 I put in an order over the phone with a person I ordered my meals. Got my meals home and was short food. I had a coupon for all three of my meals that outback was giving out. I got there. I paid them $89.15 And gave the girl a $15 tip cash today to 2/2/25 To my card being charged $105 from outback steakhouse they don’t know how to take orders over the phone. They don’t give you all your food and they try and charge you extra money after the fact everyone better check your card whoever eats there.

I went to Outback in Rehoboth Beach I normally don't leave reviews, let alone go to outback but we were starving, my server needs a shout out she was honestly really welcoming personality was refreshing Shes a gem me & my daughter will be coming back just to see her I never had to ask for anything she was on it and very kind Thank you I know will be back !!!!! Waldorf spot. I asked for a well done hamburger but the cook still served me a medium rare burger asked for a new burger then the cook sent out a burnt burger" now what cook cant cook a well done burger, if the cook need some lesson's we grill and cook on Sunday's come on pass just crazy lol!

Lunch for 2 . We were excited to try the blooming onion unfortunately it was dripping with grease so needless to say we didn’t eat much of it . I ordered the lunch sirloin steak and it was good , my husband had the lunch bacon cheeseburger it also was dripping in grease with vinegar cucumbers on it (he was expecting pickles). Our server asked what sides we wanted , we both chose asparagus unbeknownst it was an extra 2.99 a piece and sadly it came very stalky with no flavor had we known it was extra we would have had whatever was offered and would not have ordered if the server had told us it was an extra 6 dollars . Sadly lunch was a wasted 62.00 including proper tip . Won’t be back .

We ate dinner tonight at the Outback in my area and the service at the bar was great and loved my steak!

This is my second bad experience with the Middletown Delaware Location.
1st Experience/ They forgot my vegetables for my order & Order #2 The steak was under cooked & the potatoe was not fresh at all.
2nd Experience The food was ice cold / there were no toppings or sause on my grill chicken / The vegetables did not look appealing at all.
My second order - There were no toppings on the burger / requested extra pickles / did not receive any, The French fries were extremely salty.
Never going back.

Joe was fairly new as a server, knew the menu, recommended items and the service and he was fantastic! Would sit with Joe's area anytime! Rogers Arkansas location!
