Great customer service. I asked them about two items that went out of stock on the site and they made them available again. The person responding to my email was really nice too.

Customer service is great. They happily replaced an out of stock item. I am pleased with their fast service.

This was my first order, placed it based on a Youtubers review. Never again. I didn't read the description on one of the products. Thought I was getting a 3d gingerbread house like the one I had seen at Michaels. I got a flat piece of plastic. NOT worth the 14.00 I paid for it. The other products were as described, however. One was much smaller than it appeared in the photo and needless to say, they were not worth the $9.00 I paid each for them. Thing wood with barely any drills on them and the pictures are fuzzy. Avoid this store and buy from Temu. I also tried to leave a review on their website. There is no submit button. That is why there is no reviews on their website.

I have made many purchases from OutdoorTide in the last 12 months. I’m extremely delighted with the quality of stamped cross stitch kits. Each kit includes more than enough floss/threads to complete the project. I’m also very pleased with the discounts offered, the free shipping and free gift when purchasing at specific price points 🥰 Lastly, customer service is friendly and efficient! My last order was lost in the mail and after notifying customer service I was advised to allow 10-15 days to receive a reshipment of my full order at no extra cost. To my surprise, I received my order today - 7 days from the promised ship date! All kits are beautiful! I want to start them all now! Thank you OutdoorTide ❤️

I ordered from ur company and my cross stitch kit was blurry and bad printingand u did nothing when I reached out to u. Very disappointed with the company and never ordered from u again!!!!

I place an order for several small kits. One of the kits was incomplete. I notified outdoor tide and was told they would contact the supply and get back to me. That was over a month ago and I've had no response from outdoor tide. I've always ordered my DP kits from them with no issues. I would have appreciated a replacement of the incomplete kit or a refund but unfortunately I received neither. If not for this experience my review would have more favorable.

OutDoorTide is realy reactive when you have a problem :) You can contact them and they will answer you super quickly ! :)

Received my first order today came across them via a lady who purchases and reviews ODT on her YT channel so gave them a go

Emailed after the first 5 days post order as had not received a dispatch notification customer services advised one item ordered was out of stock but was due in a couple days and would I wish to wait ot choose something else

I.chose to wait as it was a product i really wanted the item came in faster and order was shipped that same day

The quality of the products are brilliant and the tissue box is very cute cant wait to make it with the diamonds, keychains acrylic double sided and it was definitly worth the wait for the out of stock item it is beautiful cant wait to make that picture either :-)

Wonderful customer service experience! Found out on one of my projects that a pack of diamond beads were missing. Sent an email asking for replacement heard back right away however I had broken my leg and was out a few days they contacted me again inquiring if I needed any other beads for the other kits I ordered. I told them I was laid up for a few days and would get back to them asas literally heard back almost immediately saying to get well and they would wait to hear back. The next day I checked my other kits and nothing was missing. I was told today the beads will be on the way asap. Great quick easy customer service! 10+ stars

There is usually a great chance to get either a freebie or a reduced price item when you buy multiple items and its really difficult NOT to buy multiples as they are so reasonably priced.
They have something for everyone's taste from beginner to the more experienced user.
Small, medium, large, triptych and more..a great selection of both part and full drill pictures that are ideal for those long winter days or as gifts.
Get your little ones onto this and they'll be hooked.
A great range of accessories are available too..
Overall this is one of the best companies I've used for diamond art paintings.
