Millicent was wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. She came back to me so quickly with a really imaginative itinerary. Definitely will use her services again.

Our 20th anniversary trip to northern Italy was spectacular thanks to Alice at OOO. She booked hotel in 4 cities and one activity per stop for us based on our hopes/dreams/ideas. Our itinerary was full of amazing experiences. Every room chosen was luxurious, spacious with large WCs and comfortable beds. Restaurant recs were spot on for each city and we had amazing meals every night! We did encounter a scheduling issue with one activity (our fault! we confused days) and OOO was there to help up us sort it out right away. Excellent service from miles away. We will not hesitate to have OOO plan our next big adventure!

It was our first time in Scandinavia. Maria did an excellent job!!! She advised us wisely about the region and everything she suggested, was a right choice. But not only she designed a journey of our dreams, but she organized it in a record time! It took only one week to get everything settled. And everything went smooth as planned during the trip. We would not be able to do it so nicely without her.

I wanted to find a way to celebrate my partners recent graduation from university and their birthday, and while scrolling online I found out if office. It was like love at first site! Laura was the associate that was assigned to us and all I can say is she is just pure magic! We decided to go to the Philippines for a week and she was able to create the most amazing and beautiful trip for us! The whole team at Out Of Office is phenomenal and our now go to go for all our travel!

We recently returned from a spectacular trip to Vietnam, expertly curated by Laura Woodward and Alice Evans from Out of Office. This was our second time using their services, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Every detail of the trip was thoughtfully planned, from the accommodations to the activities, making it a truly unforgettable experience for me and my partner. Even when small issues arose, the Out of Office team were quick to handle everything, ensuring that our journey was smooth and stress-free. Their dedication to delivering a personalized and memorable experience is unmatched. Our Vietnam trip has left us with memories we will cherish forever, and it was worth every single cent. We couldn’t recommend Out of Office more highly and will definitely be booking with them again!

While I ended up not choosing Out of Office for budget reasons (I'm putting it off a couple more years to save a bit more), my interactions with Millicent were wonderful! She gave me a perspective of someone who'd lived in the country (Italy) and had a great explanation of the budget required for one of their trips. She was also wonderfully friendly and super easy to talk to about any of my concerns. I'll be back in a few years to book with them!

My wife and I absolutely loved our Italian delayed honeymoon/anniversary trip! It was genuinely a trip of a lifetime. Everyone we communicated with through Out of Office was incredibly kind and helpful. Millicent gave us so many great tailored recommendations. Everything went smoothly on our trip, and it was so nice to have everything (transportation, hotels, tours, etc.) all scheduled for us. We will absolutely use Out of Office again in the future!

We were already going to Ireland but wished to extend our stay. Had OutOfOffice help us plan our 2nd week. Maria was extremely helpful in helping us narrow down what we wanted to see and do. Most of the hotels chosen were very nice, they came with breakfast except one. The scheduled drivers from Vivu and Daytrip were very helpful and knowledgeable. We only had one small ticketing problem, which got taken care of quickly.

This was our second trip working with Out of Office, and Maria specifically, and it was an overall incredible experience. Maria is always so mindful of our particular interests and travel goals as a couple -- for instance, she suggested the Bali Silent Retreat during our stay, which was an absolute highlight, and she was also able to organize a "healing experience" that was quite special.

Our accommodations were all outstanding -- in particular, the Sudamala in Lombok near Sengigi Beach and the luxurious Anantara in Uluwatu to end our trip. We really appreciated having a driver and guide to ferry us to all of our destinations (though beware of the traffic) -- and it was such a relief as a queer couple (a nonbinary person and a queer woman) so far from home to know that everything was vetted as safe and welcoming for us.

Despite some early communication issues with our on-the-ground team (Destination Asia) on our first day of travel, the Out of Office crew was quick to respond, and sort things out for us (which included a lovely complimentary cooking class at the Sudamala), and following the trip we had a great feedback session about how the situation can be eased for future travelers.

We're already dreaming on our next big adventure abroad, and will definitely be booking with Out of Office again in the future.

It is our first time using a travel agent to book holidays and so far we are very pleased with Out of Office. Declan listened to our requirements and built a honeymoon trip that includes all that we wanted and within the budget. Declan is also very patient and accommodating.
It still a couple of months before our trip but we are definitely counting down the days!

Alice Evans was immensely helpful in arranging our holiday to Porto, interfacing with hotels on our behalf and customising our organised trips.

We loved working with Alice. She helped plan our 30th anniversary trip to Paris in May of 2025. We are so excited. She planned wonderful activities and booked us into a fabulous hotel. We cannot wait. My husband and I decided to go all out on this trip so we know OutofOffice has planned the best trip possible thanks to Alice Evans.

We had the privilege of working with Jaike. He was so thoughtful and attentive to every question and concern voiced in planning our honeymoon to the Maldives. He was also incredibly quick and responsive in putting together all our itinerary options. We would recommend Jaike to anyone.

Maria was terrific helping me plan my first European trip! She arranged stays in unique, fun places with great staffs. I was in 9 places in four countries over two weeks. My four personal guided tours were overwhelming with history lessons. I was truly impressed with the overall trip OutOfOffice put together for me.
I’d definitely recommend them and call on them next time!

My initial planning stages of a trip with Shaye were a dream! Although I was not able to go on a trip (yet!) due to personal reasons, the trip Shaye planned for me looked awesome. She kept in mind all of the activities I wanted to do, and picked hotels in nice areas that are central to each of my desired destinations. Cannot recommend Shaye enough!!

From start to finish our experience with Out of Office has been fantastic. Having arranged holidays ourselves for the last few years we wanted some expertise and help this time for a trip to southern Italy.
Our agent Shaye very quickly understood what we were looking for on our trip and put together a brilliant package with everything arranged and priced within our budget - which makes a change as usually these quotes come in way over what you've said you have to spend.
Shaye understood our brief and offered brilliant alternatives for places to stay and visit helping us refine the trip as we had never been to this area before.
Each step of the way the detail and care taken to ensure we got what we were after was superb - including a couple of questions whilst we were on the trip itself which were immediately answered.
I cannot recommend Shaye in particular and Out of Office enough and I really look forward to booking our next adventure with them.

My husband and I booked our Honeymoon through Out of Office and I can’t say enough about how absolutely wonderful it was. We went to London, Amsterdam, Berlin, and ended in Mykonos. Our agent Shaye was SO RESPONSIVE and helpful throughout the entire booking process, listening to what we were looking for, finding the perfect accommodations, and recommending lots of awesome activities and sites. She handled booking all of our hotels and transportation, and even called us a couple of days before our trip to answer any last minute questions. While on our trip, we called the office several times (big shout out to Declan) when we had a concern or issue and they resolved it immediately. One example of this was the sunset catamaran cruise we had scheduled. The company called me to cancel due to not enough people signed up for our adventure. I immediately called Out of Office and within a couple hours, I was informed that our trip was no longer cancelled. Out of Office worked their magic! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone traveling abroad and want to say huge thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so memorable!

I could not recommend Out of Office anymore for the fantastic experience they created for us in Thailand. From the initial brief, all of our requests were taken into consideration and the perfect trip was created for us. We could never have put together such a wonderful variety of activities in some of the most beautiful places. They never missed a beat. Everything was perfect and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. A big thank you to Shaye for being a constant support throughout.

The whole experience was expertly managed and inspired confidence. From the initial enquiry I felt the team had an in-depth knowledge of the most effective travel arrangements, accommodation choices and excursion suggestions for our French Polynesian adventure.
A change to our flight itinerary was effected in order to improve lay-over timings which was very helpful.
Transfers were arranged and were efficiently executed and hotel experiences exceeded expectation.
At the end of our holiday, an Air Tahiti strike left us potentially stranded and unable to rejoin our flights back to the UK. One late night phone call was all it took for a three hour transfer to a viable airport on another island to be arranged on our behalf. Thanks to the close liaison between our contact Jaike and the Tahiti Nui team based in Tahiti, the situation was confidently managed and seats were reserved on a flight to Pape’etē. We arrived in good time for our return journey. The unplanned sea trip added to our adventures and in many ways enhanced our memories of a spectacular trip.
We will definitely use Out of Office again and thoroughly recommend the company.
