My order was slightly delayed and I was advised of this in good time. The delay was minimal, which I have no issue with. It's good to see companies like this have a backlog and are busy :-)

I had a question before ordering which was answered quickly. They could work with the image I offered. Turn around was reasonable and it was delivered in good condition. The stamp is crisp and clean.

The communication with the seller was super fast and answered all my questions.
The branding iron turned out to be way better than I was expected.
